"Fantastic"
Fantastic location, right next to Waverley and the Old Town. Exactly where we wanted to be. Staff were friendly and spot on. We knew check in wasn't until 2, but wanted to store our luggage, we arrived by 10.30 and a room was ready, they were more than happy to check us in early. Room was clean and spacious, no noise, a little bit bright in the morning, but that's just down to the time of year. Highly recommended and we do intend to stay here more. Loved every minute of edinburgh

"Good location for a couple days in Edinburgh."
We arrived in Edinburgh early thursday morning. The staff was nice enough to allow us to drop our bag off early so that we could explore the city. We checked in at 2:30pm. The room was very clean and nice, the bathroom was very big and was a pleasant nice stay. The only issue which was apologized for by the front staff was the internet. It did not allow free wifi in our hotel room, stopping right before going through the hallway there. Other then that it was very nice play to stay.

"Convenient to New Town"
Stayed here during Christmas to be close to family. It was well located for that purpose. I did need earplugs to sleep because of the constant noise from traffic ( the hotel is on a very busy road) and the noisy laughter and chatter of people on the street in the wee hours of the morning.

"Great location but avoid basement room by the exit"
Location is great staff were friendly but for the price of over £100 for one night without breakfast I did have higher expectations as room was small and dingy as in basement with bars on Windows and view of electrical intake room! Breakfast was quite average too unfortunately ....

"Fantastic stay in Edinburgh"
We loved the hotel and the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Unfortunately Edinburgh rained for the 3 days we were there, staff even offered us umbrellas as we didn't have any. A good stay.

"Nice hotel great location "
Stayed here for 3 nights whilst on business coupled with an extra couple of nights leisure. Room was small but more than adequate, no view with a basic rate room but that was our choice. Nice continental style breakfast. Will use again if I get the chance!

"Great Hotel for people who are on a budget"
When you find a hotel for a cheap price, you expect it to not be great, but this hotel was as the pictures, nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Staff are friendly, willing to help you at a moments notice. I felt that the beds could of been more comfortable as they are quite hard but that really is the only thing I have marked down on (room comfort) other than that enjoyable stay.
