"Elevator was broken and a porter did kindly carry our bags up, but there was no other assistance offered. We were on the 6th floor, and it was a real hike. Staff wouldn’t even provide a bottle of water gratis considering the situation. Felt very badly for several older guest who were struggling with stairs and front desk offered nothing but a shrug when they stopped by asking for help. Pictures overstated how nice the room was. Great location, but not worth the $350 we paid."

"Very far away from train terminal and google map location is innacurate. Floor pieces coming off. Not what you’ll expect from a Holiday Inn express, but the staff gave us a different room immediately Also free teas and espresso hot chocolates "

"The room is clean and comfortable, but tiny with barely room to turn around in. The walls are thin. The show was excellent. If you want just a bed and bath on Princes Street, this might be for you. "

"We stayed in a studio king which had a seperate living area to the bedroom. Unfortunately this smelt strongly of cigarette smoke the entirety of our two day stay. It was very strong when you opened cupboard doors in the kitchen. We were close to a stair well where staff appeared to be smoking. There was no one on reception to talk to about moving rooms. The bed in our room was also not king size but smaller and not very comfortable. "

"The room was quiet, clean, spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was large, impeccably clean, with a separate tub and shower and enormous, warm bath towels. There was a foyer with a door that prevented any noise from the hall getting through to the room. The breakfast and breakfast service was first rate. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. "
