GNH is above and beyond what I expected. Amazing location. Friendly staff. The room was modern and clean. Complementary wifi and a wide range of complementary on demand movies. Lovely rainforest shower. There was even access to a pantry with coffee, teas and cakes. It's right next to the King's Cross tube station and steps away from lots of restaurants and shops. Special mention to Plum + Spilt Milk restaurant, their food was amazing. Must try their namesake, Plum + Spilt Milk dessert.

Always a brilliant stay at The Standard. Convenient location for both transport and easy to also walk to anywhere central.

This was hotel was amazing, the room was modern, comfortable quirky and with great view from the 7th floor. The bathroom was great and the bed comfortable Breakfast was tasty, a la carte only but delicious and freshly made food. Highlight recommend this hotel

We love this hotel. Hidden away and easy access to everywhere. We walked to West End for shows. Tower of London for sights and Spitalfields for dining. Hotel was immaculate as ever. Staff super friendly. What’s not to like.

Fabulous service from the team. We couldn’t not have been better looked after. The location is good and most places are a 20-30 minute walk away but the immediate area is fairly office heavy.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of London Bridge is a gem of a boutique hotel, The Lalit. The old school has been transformed into fabulous high ceilinged bedrooms and a must see dining room: the restoration has done this building proud. On a boiling hot and sticky day in London the accommodation provided an oasis of calm, noise free and air conditioned. I loved it.

I loved everything about my stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and seemed to genuinely care about hotel and London experience rather than seemingly cycling through a rehearsed training programme which was refreshing. The hotel itself was incredible; the aesthetic, the feel, the vibe I just loved everything about it. The icing on the cake was how it all tied into the graphic novel and how you felt part of that wonderful adventure with so much to see, explore and photograph...

Loved the rooftop pool and fact it had long opening hours was amazing They left Prosecco and a treat as a surprise to make the special birthday weekend even better. Thanks art hotel I’m already googling my return!

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Hotel was really nice, me and my girlfriend wanted a chilled night one night and used the spa which was great and had the best room service

fantastic Hotel, rooms were designed very well and the bed was very large and really cosy . Shower was really nice especially the Steam room feature. Staff were very friendly and accommodating

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are really great and where do kind to us. Only feedback is that the pool is not really a pool. The spa is stunning but small so feels very busy. Would 100% stay again.

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. The history of the building is so interesting, all the links with the Titanic (look for Lucky George the dragon on the grand staircase). And the location is superb, easy walking distance into the British Museum, Shaftesbury Avenue and Soho
