"The hotel is in a beautiful location in the City of London. It is a short walk to the Tower Bridge and London Bridge. It was very quiet around the hotel, so it ensures a nice environment to sleep. Rooms were lovely with nice items for your comfort( tea, water, biscuits, robes, etc). I would stay again in the future. "

In fact, there were meetings and conventions going on when we arrived. The room looked out at an old, dirty glass roof and was far from the lobby. It’s nice that they provide sone free water and cokes, and candy, but they candy is terrible, hard taffy, and sour smarties. So, it’s nice they try, but they need to...

They just had an incident where the hot water stopped working altogether for one morning (which was fixed immediately) but could be due to that. Otherwise a perfect stay."
