"Great service and hotel was well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good location for the metro centre and easy to get to A1 and surrounding areas. Leisure facilities are good- swimming pool and sauna/steam and gym. Sunday was overrun with kids jumping in and couldn’t swim at all. As a parent I’m ok with children using the facilities and having fun, it just should be manned a little better. "Perfect location. From our room we were lucky enough to have an amazing view of the Tyne Bridge. Presenter drinks on the outdoor terrace were lovely and a swim in the pool was a great start and end to a busy day sightseeing. Would highly recommend! "

"Room was very warm. Had to use provided desk fan to keep temp at tolerable level. Couldn’t leave the window open overnight due to street noise from the clubs and bars near by. However staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and hotel gym great. Great central location but the penalty is the noise. "
