"Great location 10mins to centre over the millennium bridge, room with a view over the river.. parking wasn’t a problem, limited spaces Bed was comfortable Over all would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel was good, however the bathroom definitely require an upgrade, the tiles and bathroom suite is dated and plumbing old. The shower pressure was very low. The bedding and towels were really good. And this is very important to me. But definitely bathroom needs improvement"

"The valet parking was v convenient and the reception process slick. Loved the room- v clean and convenient with lovely view of the river. Bathroom and shower superb but we were bit surprised there was no shower gel - there were small bottles of shampoo etc and bar of soap but no gel. Lovely breakfast with exemplary service and the bar was a pleasant place to relax at the end of the day. All of the staff with whom we came into contact gave first class service and did everything they could to make our stay memorable."

"Great hotel and a good location but absolutely ripped off for a bar of Cadbury chocolate the small one at £1 I was charged £3 Had to get it as the wife likes a wee bit of chocolate with her tea in the morning"

"Called in advance to request a lower floor; and the receptionist, Annabelle was wonderful: making sure that we got a lower floor room, and just being very welcome. Hotel itself is a little dated decor wise, but is clean. Was very excited to find out the room had a little fridge in it. Perfect for a wee bottle of milk for my tea, and our water bottles. Room was very warm so we slept with a window open: word of warning: it’s very loud well into the early hours: and we were staying on weeknights. I can sleep through anything so was fine: but if you’re a light sleeper: it’s not for you. Perfect location: can access from the railway station. Just along the road from the Life Museum. Short journey to metro centre. And a walk to all main attractions (including the football stadium if you like that sort of thing) There was a room service menu: we didn’t get anything from it: but prices were reasonable. All in all, a good stay, and would stay again"
