Ive stayed here before always freindly but think the new management need to be bit more friendly and polite to his customers..and explain the rules on no food in the rooms
The B&B has a welcoming atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious and have a modern feel. Freshly prepared breakfast options with excellent bread and other ingredients. The staff was friendly and the location is great. I'll definitely stay here again when I have a next visit to Durham.
Lovely friendly staff, fab rooms and facilities and walking distance to city
The staff were great but the pool did not have enough seating for the amount of people using the facilities

Many rooms are also equipped with work desks, tea and coffee amenities, hairdryers and en-suite bathrooms with complimentary toiletries.
Just minutes from the castle, Durham Cathedral is a striking Norman building with splendid medieval wall paintings and an award-winning souvenir shop.
