"Nice hotel in heart of Birmingham. Close To nice restaurants, sites, etc. Room wasn’t ready as we arrived early so upgraded to a lovely 6th floor suite. All was very nice, comfortable bed, extras in the room. Only complaint was WiFi was weak. "

"The hotel was clean an spacious. Close to the center of Town. I brought a few things to the attention of house keeping and they were rectified. Bed was softer than i would normally like, but the room was a good size and quiet. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I would stay again. As would the friends I was with. "

"For the price, the hotel is in need of an upgrade. It’s not a bad stay overall, but the grand entrance sets expectations that the rest of the property doesn’t quite meet.
