"Review the confirmation very closely. There is no receptionist or checkin on site. I traveled across town to pay and had to wait past the checkin time to access the unit. There is also no elevator and the stairs are extremely steep with very little lighting. The unit itself may have had some upgrades done at some point but not high quality. "We stayed two nights at this flat for my daughters 21st birthday. It is very shabby and dirty and in dire need of a refurbishment. We had to put the black bags from the previous occupants downstairs and out of the way. The noise from the upstairs flat was pretty bad so everyone was very tired. The location is excellent and the communication was very good. "
