"No issues with our stay here. It is in a convenient area and the staff were great. Only “complaint” is that it is quite small. Our room was pretty crammed and the lobby was often hard to navigate through when it got busy with tour groups. Didn’t really affect us though. "

"We came by car and there was ample space to park. We had a warm and friendly check in and the member of staff showed us to our room. The room was clean, well furnished and quite large. We had an excellent Lamb curry and drinks in the Bistro which was very tasty. In the morning our welcome again was friendly and efficient. "The hotel is in a good location with transportation options, shopping and restaurants nearby. It is within walking distance of the Royal Mile and the castle. Unfortunately, our room was difficult to access. It was on the 6th floor, but the elevator only reaches up to the 4th floor."

"The hotel is certainly stylish, however with a slight complacency to their offering this creeps towards being style over substance. The basic expectations of enough coffee in the room for at least one cup each for two people, let alone enough for the entiety of the stay was missed. Failed requests by staff to their group WhatsApp for supplies, resulting in the need to repeat our at the bar.. Also a notably late afternoon attempt by housekeeping to refresh our room, whilst we were getting...
