"The bed linning and towels were clean but everything else was dirty. The toilet was dirty, the balcony was awful, chewing gum underneath one of the beds, dusty everywhere, old juice in the fridge, only onw shower worked and the heating did not work. The owner had left two blow heaters and only one worked. I would never book this place again. Awful experience"

"The apartment was very tired and had no reasonable sitting areas for our large group. The location was excellent for exploring London but I would not recommend this place as a suitable accommodation for elderly or people with walking difficulties as it is two flights up. There were insufficient towels and the general state of the entire place was dirty"
