"We loved the powerful air conditioning, it kept the room nice and cool, which was especially appreciated. The accommodation was perfect for two people, and the location was excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. Our only minor complaint was that the bathroom wasn’t very soundproof, so you could hear other guests flushing the toilet."

The window was also broken and would not open, despite us flagging the issue with the Concierge. We were told that maintenance would have a look at it, but they never arrived once. In the end, I had to pry the window open using the bin just to get some fresh air. The towels were changed regularly, which was appreciated,...
