“Decent hotel”

Basic, decent hotel room which surprised me after reading all the poor reviews. Room was clean. That's all my husband and I were looking for - a place to sleep.

“Disgusting”

I stayed one night, 9/28/2011 - the refrigerator stunk, and I woke up with two bug bites.

“Would not go back”

Hotel room, was very musty, damp and humid as were the hallways also.

“NEVER AGAIN!!!!!”

We needed a Yonkers Hotel for a local dance competition so we booked this, site unseen. Upon driving up the hill our first reaction was " uh-oh!" the building was old and worn and the rooms were worse... ;( the furniture was stained and we did our best not to touch anything. Pay the extra $ to get a better place.

“A bit worn, but reasonably priced for the level of quality”

Helpfulness of the staff compensated for the meagerness of the breakfast offerings. The room was quiet, and resonably warm despite the below freezing exterior temperatures. I would return if I needed to visit the area again.

“Ok - only if you really need to be in this area”

Was planning to eat at the restaurant onsite, but found that it went out of business. Breakfast? Box of donuts would have been better from DD across the street. No real restaurants in the immediate area - had to use GPS to find an Applebee's 2-3 miles away. Room was fine. Closest to Fordham w/out being in the Bronx or the other side of GW bridge

“Convenient location, clean rooms, nice restaurant/bar”

Convenient location near downtown NYC and with the use of a car it was easy to get to the train & go downtown. Rooms were well kept and a fridge was provided. I liked the restaurant/bar area.
