“Tolerable”
Despite calling itself the "New" Concord Inn, there's a lot of vintage at this place. Furthermore, there was a leak in the ceiling of our unit, by the window. That said, it was tolerable for the price, for one night, without kids.
“Don't Compromise Cost”
Smell sour, rooms don't look at all like the photos on like. Ask for an iron when received it was dirty - the table top ironing board torn & dirty. No one on duty at nite in the office.
“Not impressed”
The first room we were given had a broken air conditioner and a large hole in the wall. Not a good omen! The second room didn't have these problems, but even with the cooler air, the humidity level was still high. The kids enjoyed the indoor pools, but our swimsuits hanging to dry in the hotel room were still wet 2 days later! Everything was damp, even the carpet. This was not our first time at this hotel, but it will be our last.
“Bare bones service”
Disappointing - No coffee, no breakfast for a fairly expensive rate. Room was run down and lobby is locked until 8:00 a.m. so hard to check out or get the free coffee offered. One drinking glass was provided - they did not seem to be customer friendly - just a place to stay. Would never stay here again.
“Nice Surprise”
We didn't spend much time at the hotel, basically just to sleep. Although it was packed with families with young children, our room was surprisingly quiet. The location is great, within walking distance of a couple restaurants and shops. Would definitely go back.
“Very accommodating”
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great and worked wonderfully for our family. The kids had a blast in the pools and slides. And the rates were better than any other hotel in the area. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone with small children.
“NOT IMPRESSED”
This hotel needs to be rated one star. The room was extremely dusty, fixtures, furniture, curtains and carpet. The walls need painting ASAP. The pool is a plus but be aware you swimsuit will get messed up and not be the same color after you come out. Chemicals need to be adjusted? The staff however was great!..
