Great facilities and staff.

Pros: People and facilities including room service.
Cons: A bit difficult to find from I 95, suggest printed instructions at the desk in order to get back to I 95.
Location: This was a brief stop over, so we needed a nice place to rest, eat and sleep and all was great.
Very nice room. We had a junior suite and as expected everything was great!

Lower your expectations

Posted 18-Nov-2014
I am assuming that they have quite a few extended stay guests at this hotel. When I complained about noises from the rooms around me they seemed to know who I was complaining about. It turns out it wasn't the person they thought. But back to the guest they actually thought was the culprit. How this hotel allowed this I do not know but directly across from my room there was what I assumed to be a recording artist who set up his studio in that unit. As soon as I opened my door I could hear very loud rap music coming from the room directly across me. It did not matter what time it was: 4 p.m., 8 p.m., midnight, 2 a.m. When I asked one of the front desk associates if I could have a late checkout he told me to call at 8 a.m. in the morning because he did not know what the housekeepers wanted. Not really happy that I paid $100 a night to experience that.

Clean and nice staff

Location: We went to the racetrack casino, there is an authentic flea market a few minutes away. There is many restaurants nearby.
This was our third stay at this hotel and it was as nice as ever. The staff greets you with a smile, the rooms are nice, and breakfast was excellent.

Very nice

Pros: It has a modern but warm atmosphere, and is obviously well maintained.
Cons: Lighting in the parking lot could be improved.
Location: This wasn't really an issue for my short stay.
I stayed here for a brief conference and could hardly have been more comfortable. The suite-style room felt very homey (and reminiscent of Embassy Suites). Definitely recommended.

Rough start but ended ok.

I booked two non refundable rooms which were to be adjoining for my daughter's sleepover. The hotel had my info all wrong, wanted to give me a side by side room, and wanted to charge me more for an adjoining room....something I already had paid for. On top of that their pool was being renovated which was not made known on their website at the time of booking. Kids want a pool..I would have went elsewhere had I known. I had to argue with the guest agent regarding the pool and my accommodations and ended up showing the agent proof in an email I received regarding an adjoining room. It took me 30 minutes to check in and I am being nice about that. Major headache in the beginning....I had to argue down the guest agent and show proof because they had my accommodations all wrong.

Nice Quick Stay

Nice hotel, comfortable room. Service was mediocre. Front desk clerk couldn't look up our SPG rewards number. Coffee machine in room didn't work, asked for a new one and after an hour called again. Then they brought up a coffee filter basket, instead of a new coffee pot. Minor inconvenience but staff lacked attention to detail. The hotel was clean and comfortable and we would stay here again if in the area.
