“Danville Days Inn”

Was the top motel in area 25 years ago. Current owners haven't invested any money into the place and it needs it.

“good place”

place was fine but not top of the line, but it could be. room was ok, but the ac would not go any colder than the setting it was at. pool was big and has an 8ft drop .

“Satisfactory”

Room was clean and comfy. Kids loved the indoor pool. Would stay there again.

“worked out well”

The only complaint was that our room keys kept deactivating and we had to stop by the front desk every time we left the room.

“Cheap!”

Got a good rate through Expedia's unpublished rates, so I thought the room was fine for the price. Bathroom was pretty run-down and dated, but everything worked and the room was clean. Beds were comfy and clean, breakfast was as you'd expect, cheap bagels and muffins, etc.

“Not Impressed at all and would never go back”

We stayed at Days INN for Memorial Day weekend and we will never stay here again. Our room had sheets that were stained with blood. The pool was dirty (you could see black, gray and green mold sorrounding the pool), the housekeeper never came to clean our room the next day and the hotel ran out of towels. We had to wait 2 hours before someone brought us towels and it was not enough for our family of four. When I asked the hotel receptionist why our room was not cleaned the next day, she stated that "she had no idea why" and said "sorry!". Our toilet was broken and it would not flush properly, the lobby area had broken tiles and overall it was a very bad experience. Additionally, when I went to the front desk to ask for towells (for like the 3rd time), there was another customer complaining that the sink in his room had just broken off the wall and so he wanted another room. The hotel receptionist told him that the hotel was booked and thus, was unable to change his room. She then proceeded to answer the phone and book like 3 more rooms. The receptionist told this other customer that the best she could do for him was to send someone to fix the sink in his room. Trust me, my family and I have travelled a lot and this hotel is horrible!!!. DO NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE!!!

“Never again”

The best thing I can say about my experience is that I learned that you can actually make a ceiling out of cinder blocks. The room was dark, dirty, and out of date. The beds were hard as a rock, and the blankets were stained. The music coming from the on-site "night club" was ridiculously loud. There was obviously no form of sound proofing, and it shook the walls well into the night. When I checked out, the front desk person didn't bother to ask how my stay was - perhaps he knew better than to ask. There were two other hotels right next to this one - I suggest you take a look at one of those.

“Not Impressed!”

This was our stop over about 1/2 way to our honeymoon resort. We were pretty tired from the hussle of our wedding and didn't realize that there was trash left in the garbage cans and in the corner of the room. We woke up the next morning to no hot water. When I informed that lady at check out there was no offer to give a discount. Accommodations weren't anything special. Wouldn't stay here again.
