“A hidden gem”

I needed to find a cheap place to stay near my family. I usually do not like motels but for one night I would take my chance trying to save a few bucks. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and comfy. I am a fan of 'retro' and some of the decor made me feel like a kid again. It was fun! Please give this little motel a chance.

It was 7 minutes from Wilbraham Academy where we were going so very convenient.

Our stay at the Wilbraham Inn was absolutely Marvelous. Check-in was quick and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable beds. It had all the necessary amenities like microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer. They did not have iron which we easily got it from front desk. Even though it is located on main road, it is very peaceful, and safe. It is truely located close to cinema, restaurants, mall, and super market. Parking the car right outside my room was a treat. The staff at the motel was very courteous. I needed to print my boarding pass, and they very happily did that for me. I would highly recommend this place to my family, friend and co-worker. It is a nice, clean,medium size motel with all necessary amenities available. Just a helpful hint: While you are at the motel and would like to rent a dvd, there is a Block buster Red box right next door at the Big Y supermarket.

“A Dump - Worst Motel I have ever stayed in.”

The motel did not come anywhere near the picture you had on line. It was poorly maintained on the outside and wasn't much better on the inside. The floors were filthy, there was no light in the bathroom, the tub looked like something from the dark ages, with the enamel off in many places. The TV was a real old model and took a good minute to change channels. The office was very small and had a small counter and a coffee machine. No breakfast of any kind, and I was afraid to dring from the coffee machine. Definately not a motel you should have on your list. Our friends, in the area, told us it was a dump and asked why we picked it out. I definately would never go near the place again, nor suggest it to friend or foe. The worst motel I have ever stayed in and I have been travelling up and down the East coast for over 30 years, and stayed in some real small towns and never encountred anything this bad.
