Pros: The size of the room was great.
Cons: The Wi-Fi did not work in our room on the 2nd floor on the west end of the motel.
Nice clean motel. The key cards did not work very well. We had to walk around to the front of the building to enter a couple of times. The stay would have been better if the wi-fi worked in our room.

Needs new management

Posted 20-Jul-2014
I beliece this hotel has either a disconnected owner or poor management. Staff seems to work hard but without proper supplies for repairs and low morale. Hotel is outdated and not maintained well. Beds so soft and never rotated so your head is below your feet. One washcloth in a triple queen room. Towels matted down and just old. Sheets were nice and clean, but the comforter and blanket were worn thin but clean. Bathroom fan did not exhaust any air. Very poor channel selection with nothing for children. Breakfast room is cramped at best. Breakfast was waffles, stale biscuits and gravy and yogurts, fruit, cereal, pastries etc. I would recommend spending any amount more to stay elsewhere.

It's OK...

Posted 08-Jul-2014
Really, this wasn't a bad place to stay for the price. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My biggest issue was that the wifi was overloaded until almost 10:00 and I had specifically made sure the property had wifi because I had class work to do.

Pros: We were able to get an end suite (3 queen beds) for a very reasonable price. This gave us plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby.
Cons: Improvements are being made, they are doing some remodelling. The only issue I had was that the housekeeping needed to vacuum the room better.
We were there for a visit to see my childrens father and his wife. The hotel was close to their home, which made it easier for them to visit, and the room itself was a very relaxing place to stay after being on the road for 9 hours. Air conditioned, Cable TV, WiFi, and a descent breakfast for the price of the room.

Good experience

I have stayed here several times. We stay here because of the location, close to family and friends. Only problem the shower didn't worm but they fixed it immediately.

Handy to our location for a meeting

Posted 14-Apr-2014
Pros: Location
Cons: More selections for breakfast
Location: good restaurants, shopping, grocery and other specialty stores.
We got to the hotel late but our rooms were ready, enjoyed the limited breakfast. The hotel is close to all the locations were were visiting at a good price.

Very Accommodating

Posted 07-Mar-2014
The staff were very helpful and accommodating in every way. We had alot of family in for mother's heart surgery. They were happy to change rooms around so we could all be close and it was no problem staying longer then planned. Good breakfast and the best Oranges we have had in a Very Long time. This hotel was only a mile from the Kansas Heart Hospital so the commute back and forth was great.

Didn't end up staying there.

Pros: New. Clean. Nice building and rooms.
Cons: Better lighting around parking lot. Make it feel more secure. Train staff better, or have them partner with someone until fully trained.
Location: At the end of a busy Wichita corridor. Many restaurants, shops, stores. Every major national chain. Doesn't seem to be any "Wichita charm."
The building and rooms are clean and nice, but I didn't stay there. It's set back in behind another business. Parking lot secluded and very poorly lit. Folks hanging out in the corners of the lot mean mugging you. Counter staff seemed poorly trained and very distracted (perhaps new?). I didn't feel safe there, and went to another motel.

Good

The stay was good! The only thing was the heat turned off and on all night.
