mediocre hotel

Posted 20-Jun-2015
Pros: bed was comfortable
toilet that barely flushed noisy - next to the elevator and drag racers on Kellogg until 1 or 2 very sticky floor at breakfast, others noticed it too

Dirty and disappointing

Posted 17-Jun-2015
Pros: nothing
Cons: Hire more help to clean. Fix the holes in the windows.
Hotel was dirty. Would not recommend. The shape and condition of the hotel was what I would expect to cost $39.95 a night. The maid had to be in her 70's maybe 80's and looked as if she couldn't even lift a vacuum. I actually slept in my clothes on top of the bed.

The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out was very easy and convenient. The elevator and the waiting for it was the main drawback.

No. Just... no.

Horrible. We've stayed there many times over the years & had always been pleased. This time was beyond disappointing. The bathroom was not clean; I took the time to wipe down the walls after noting a suspicious stain. The corners still had dirt & a remaining Milk Dud, which NONE of had had been eating. And the bed was utterly retched. I got ZERO sleep that night due to a bed that sunk in places a bed should never sink, and the paper thin walls. No part of our room was sound proof, and our adjacent neighbors had dogs that barked half way through the night. We will NEVER stay there again.

Filled the bill for an overnight in Wichita.

Pros: Pet friendly, convenient and affordable. Decent neighborhood to walk the dog close to the motel.
Cons: The motel is showing its sign of aging but represents a fair value for travelers on a budget.
Location: Just an overnight stay - no need to do anything nearby.
Simply looking for a convenient pet friendly place to stay overnight near I-35.

Handy location

We like to stay in this motel because it is close to Towne East Mall and you don't have to get on a major road when going. There are several eating establishments in colose proximity also.

Pros: I did like that they did not charge us extra for our dog. It is also in a convenient location. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Cons: The heating/AC. Linens need to be replaced with some that are not worn out.
Location: Towne East and other shopping close by. Many restaurants across the street.
Our room was clean but it was a little worn out. The blankets looked like they had been mended. The TV reception was horrible. The heating was not comfortable. When we checked in our room was very cold. After we got the room heated then it was too warm. We went from being cold to being worn. The hotel has been other brands and I know they just recently moved there and are in the process of renovating however, we probably won't stay there again until the hotel is finished renovating.
