I spent 13 days in this hotel. The quality of the room, staff, and service made it an easy stay.

Convenient location!

Posted 22-Aug-2014
Cons: check out time!
Location: The airport shopping malls with food courts and various other restaurants near or within the shuttle service area.
My stay was short, didn't spend a lot of time in the room but, the time I did spend there was very comfortable.

location good for our stay

Posted 08-Aug-2014
Pros: The lady running the breakfast room was very pleasant.
Cons: the customer service was not good at all the employees working did a good job but they need more staff to handle the amount of clients they have.
we arrived very late 11:45 pm, there were several quests waiting to check in, there was one attendant to handle every thing going on at the hotel, he spent more time on the phone doing reservations for future stays then helping check people in we got to our rooms at about 1:45 am when we did the A/C did not work in one room the smoke alarm was beeping in one of the other rooms, the alarm was repaired at about 2:30 am by the same attendant that was running the front desk by himself poor guy he was very calm and did what he could. We stranded and needed 3 rooms if not for that we would have requested a refund and left.

A friendly, comfortable place to end our day after

Posted 21-Jul-2014
Pros: Location, comfort, economy
Cons: More, and more convenient outlets in room. (see above re outlets)
Location: I don't know -- we came to sleep and move on.
We enjoyed the comfort, the breakfast, the staff, and the convenience of this facility, especially after driving all day. The breakfast opened early enough for us to partake before we departed for another long day. The breakfast staff was especially chipper and helpful! Why would the housekeeping staff place the coffee maker nowhere even near a plug? And the closet plug was actually a sketchy extension cord without a ground (3rd prong) plug.

recommend this place with some reservations.

Pros: The pool was nice. The wait staff, on the whole were friendly. It as easy to negotiate where we wanted to go from the location.
Cons: A diving board would be great. Better eating facilities and choices for breakfast. Smoke free building.
Location: Mid continental airport was close, Sheplers Western wear & gear was close as was Ol'Town & Museum Row.
There was a definite misrepresentation of the outward appearance of the hotel as listed on Expedia and what is truly apparent. It is an older hotel and maybe some work has been done but I don't know where. The inside of the hotel, while clean, has 8 smoking rooms on the floor where we stayed. We wanted a non smoking hotel as all of us have allergies and this was misrepresented as well. The included breakfast was abysmal. Not enough staff, no fresh fruit, dishes and clean up not properly attended to. The breakfast room was dinghy. There were 2 waffle makers without instructions. Just not up to the "hoped for" experience.

Horrible hotel stay

Posted 04-Jun-2014
Spring sticking out of the mattress snagged our daughter's leg. The ac unit didn't work correctly. Bathroom light quit working and they showed up to fix 20 mins before check out...we showered in the dark! And to top it off because of "demand" the room was $190. Then we were charged twice...$420.00 for the worst hotel stay EVER!!!

Worst room safety in 25 years traveling.

Posted 15-May-2014
Pros: The may who told me to leave the exterior of the motel.
Cons: Remove this hotel from your system or warn people to stay at their own risk. A non working key system is a major system safety item and
When my wife and I arrived about 8 pm and check in at the front desk, I asked for a room on the quiet side of the motel. The clerk did not know which side of the hotel my room was on, but with some help I finally figured it out. The person, in charge gave me my room keys (room 1075) and I asked which side of the hotel and was told it was the West side but did not know which entrance number it was. We did not see any room numbers but stopped on the West side as this was the last side before making a complete circle. I tried my room key in the entrance to the building but it did not work. A hotel employee saw I was having trouble with gaining entrance to the motel and told me it was not safe for me to be on that side of the motel and he would show me how to enter the kitchen and proceed safetly to the front desk so I could get a working key. I proceeded thru the kitchen which was not preparing any food but did make my way to the front desk. I told the person in charge my key did not work and he gave me another set of keys and told me how to get to my room thru the enterior hallways. This set of keys did not work in my door. When I proceed by to the front desk, I meet the man in charge and told him my problems, he said he had a man working on the key machine and he probably didn't get it to work. He wanted me to stay in a near by room which he opened with his pass key. We did not stay at this motel and went to a better hotel about two miles away. I am a retired sales
