“Value for money”

The hotel exceeded our expectations and was extremely good value for money. It was a pleasure to stay somewhere where the parking was free! The staff were professional, helpful and polite. The room was spacious and clean and we had a nice view of Wembley Stadium. The complementary breakfast was of a good standard and we were surprised to receive a complementary room upgrade. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

“good quality hotel”

was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews , but they turned out to be totally unjust. we arrived at wembley park zone 4(jubilee line straight out of kings cross)purchased 3 1 day travel cards for 6:20 a day and made our way right out of the station towards macdonalds keep going up the st , about 3/4 mile and the hotel is on the left (taxis outside the station but the weather was lush )the hotle looked ok from the outside what you would think a 70s building looked like. check in was great very polite receptionist explained where breakfast was times etc. the pool etc . our room was on the 7 th floor with a view of the ibis opposite and partial view of wembley stadium . the room was newly decorated has a wardrobe cupboard dressing table tv and double bed. clean bathroom . was very hot as the window only open a few inches for safety reasons, put the fan on and left to explore.the pool was clean and the staff again freindly the pool was 30 degrees to hot for me on a very warm day but my son loved it.the resturant staff were very kind and polite , the food was good a choice for everyone from full english breakfast to cold meats, cereal, fruit and continental breakfast, tea and coffee and fruit juice. i could not fault the hotel , staff or the food. the hotel did take about 15-20 mins on the tube depending where you wanted to be we took the jubilee line to baker st. a slower train than the metroplitan one but at least we got seats,

“Good hotel - 30mins out”

If you can get into the Plaza its worth the extra 30 mins on the tube. We got a tax from the tube to the hotel - it was only 3 pounds 50 - we walked the rest of the time - about 15 mins. Nice and quiet - good sized rooms, accomodated us and let us check into one room early - good breakfast. Nice pool and sauna although didn't have time to go this time. 2nd visit and would use again.

“We will return”

The directions to the hotel were wrong. However we headed for Wembley Stadium which is a great landmark and after asking twice we eventually found it. Great being able to park in London and it's free - even better. We were greeted by a very personable young lady on reception who checked us in very swiftly. The room was fairly large with a comfy bed. Not too noisy considering the area. The Arena is right next door, as is Tesco for any provisions you might need, and the tube about 15 mins walk. A different young lady checked us out and she too was very pleasant. All in all a good stay, we will be returning.

“Great Hotel”

Lovely Hotel, close to Wembley Stadium with great Leisure Centre. Extremely clean throughout and with a friendly staff. I was one of a group of 28 and all agreed it was 1st class - only fault the bar did'nt stay open long enough (only joking).

“Perfect for any match, event or concert.”

I went to see a concert at wembley arena last week and read that this hotel was quite close. Upon getting off the train at wembley it was almost a straight line following the giant art of the stadium visible over the top of the buildings and not 10 minutes off the train we had reached the hotel. Check in was a bit lengthy but the it's one of those places where they like to do things 'properly' other than that there was a nice reception area and plenty of lifts that never kept us waiting. Our room had a view straight down over the arena which looked really good at night. My only gripe is that we had a twin room yet room service kept putting the beds back together each morning and only providing covers for a double bed (for 4 days!) other than that the hotel was excellent, in a great area, and had a great bar... Rammstein were good too ;P

“Great Hotel at a great price”

About a 1/2 mile from the Tube. Some very good restaurants in the area. Train station next door. Would go back.
