“Amenities and service exceeded my expectations.”

Best Western Metropol Grand Hotel located in very heart of charming Saas-Fee. Location is convenient with a short walk to any point at the village. Hotel provides complimentary shuttle service but it’s hardly needed. Narrow pleasant Saas-Fes streets provide a unique walking experience in authentic Swiss atmosphere in car free environment. Beauty of Saas-Fee along with breathtaking view on surrounding Alps create unforgettable feeling. Driving to Saas-Fee is uneasy but totally possible. Hotel shuttle picks you and your luggage. Hotel is in excellent condition. Live piano and gigantic fireplace instantly create warm and pleasant feeling. Room is large and comfortable as well as bathroom and terrace. There are hot tub, pool, bio sauna, and solarium downstairs. All are excellently kept. In addition there is wellness center for adults only. Wellness center is a must experience in Metropol. It is free of charge and features tropical shower, 360 degree shower, sauna, steam room, chilling bath, and two sleeping rooms with water mattresses. Saas-fees skiing is rather scenic experience - very romantic. They don't have many trails but spectacular rides up on various gondolas. At the summit there is a revolving restaurant with authentic food and stunning views. Allow an hour for your lunch to fully enjoy spectacular surrounding picks in full revolt. This restaurant is a must in clear weather. Treat yourself with few days at Metropol in SaasFee and enjoy the memories for life.

Area recommendations
Take a tour along Valais valley to visit Montreux – charming French speaking town on Lake Geneva. Montreux’s famous Chillon Castle (Château de Chillon) 1000 year old is very interesting. From the castle windows enjoy spectacular views on French Alps and state of the art E27 (autobahn) – rising high in the mountains. Hey, rent a car at the airport - Switzerland is nice to drive around!

“Hôtel Best Westen au centre de Saas Fee, avec vue splendide sur les sommets”

Excellent accueil dans cet hôtel très bien situé, au calme. Repas de qualité, du petit déjeuner au dîner. Spa également de grande qualité. Service attentionné. Une excellente adresse.

“Hôtel Best Western au centre de Saas Fee”

Nouveauté très appréciable cette saison : pass d'accès pour les bus et les remontées mécaniques de la Vallée de Saas compris dans le prix de la chambre. Toujours un excellent accueil, excellente cuisine et spa très agréable. J'ai bénéficié en sus d'un surclassement, dans une chambre avec balcon et vue sur le glacier et la chaîne des Mischabel. Excellente adresse.

Area recommendations
Très bon point de départ pour des randonnées au pied de la chaîne des Mischabel, sans prendre la voiture. Possibilité d'utiliser les bus locaux et les remontées gratuitement. Proche de Zermatt, Saas Fee est beaucoup plus tranquille et moins snob !

“Très agréable, au calme absolu”

Toujours aussi agréable de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Personnel attentionné. Même les chambres situées au nord sont agréables. Table de qualité, SPA superbe. Calme assuré.

“Second séjour aussi agréable”

Toujours aussi agréable de séjourner au Métropol : superbe Spa, cuisine raffinée, accueil très sympathique, service attentionné, situation idéale au centre de Saas Fee, et au calme, vue magnifique sur les glaciers et les Mischabel.

“Agréable séjour.”

Hôtel très bien placé, au calme, avec une vue magnifique. Accueil très sympathique et service professionnel. SPA très agréable. Déco de la piscine un peu triste. Très bonne cuisine au restaurant(petits déjeuners buffet et repas). Salle de bain un peu "rétro" pour la catégorie de cet hôtel (par ex. pas de mitigeur).
