“Outstanding Hotel”

We had the one bedroom suite -- it was outstanding. Overall, great property -- our son loved the smore-pit. We will gladly stay here again. Two "needs for improvement" areas: 1. Breakfast - Spago only has a buffet, at $33 per person. It is not worth the cost, and can not order off the menu. We ended up doing room service for breakfast -- vastly more choices. 2. Bachelor the Dog -- great idea to have a hotel dog. The dog looked over stimulated to us and over worked. We would recommend you limit the walks more...it is still a nice touch to have a dog relaxing in the lobby.

“Vacation Trip 11/4-11/10/06”

This hotel/lodge is in keeping with the typical Ritz tradition and must be one of the most exquisite places in Beaver Creek. From the moment you walk through the doorway, the staff kindly greets you and the 5-star service begins. We utilized the Spa facilities on daily basis during our trip and found them to be extremely relaxing with impecable service. The ski season had not officially opened at this point, but our intensions were simply relaxation and this hotel met those needs flawlessly. Would highly recommend this hotel for relaxation, and I am certain that during ski season it will be as fantastic as our experience.

“Spectacular choice for the area”

From the minute we wlaked in to the minute we drove away, the service was top notch. The quality of the people and amenities were great. The dining, spa and concierge service were among the best we have experienced. The only minor complaint we had was the bed was too soft and hurt our backs the first couple of nights. Otherwise, a perfect experience and we will be back.

“Peak Leaf Season October 8- 11”

The Ritz at Bachelor Gulch turned out to be a spectacular place to stay to see the peak of Colorado fall colors in October. Glorious! It's enough in the woods to get spectacular views. The whole experience was great! There are even foxes on the patio at night. Many thanks to the Ritz staff. They are all excellent!

“Rustic Luxe”

The Ritz Carlton is a beautiful hotel with a superb level of service. Be prepared to spend huge amounts of money on food, however, because the in-hotel dining options are limited, and the remoteness of the hotel makes it difficult to go off the property to eat. The beds are extraordinarily luxurious and the staff is extremely attentive.

“Great experience!!”

My husband and I took our 6 month old daughter to the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch for an anniversary trip. This trip was a small consulation as a cruise we had booked to the caribbean had been cancelled. Upon arrival the staff brought champagne to our room and was very accomadating. A beautifully made crib and small Ritz-Carlton bag with baby essentials was also included. The best was when the staff actually closed the grotto so that we could take our daughter swimming in the warm water as the outdoor pool was too cold! Thanks!!
