"Nice, well maintained property.
Reception staff are very helpful.
Large rooms with kitchenette is very useful if you are vegetarian like us.
7 mins walk to Shinjuku-Gyoeme station. 15-20 mins to the other 2 Shinjuku stations or to central Shinjuku shopping areas."
"I loved the area of this hotel. It was confusing finding, but that’s because it’s inside of building. It’s great if you are staying within Tokyo areas and shopping districts. "
"Location was great, near subway station. Lots of good food downstairs by the hotel. Alleys are lively at night. Only bad part is the room was small but that is expected in tokyo. Service was good, hotel was clean, checkin was easy."

5/5 Excellent
"Close to everything, right in the middle of the action. "

"This hotel is an excellent option for people looking for a place in a quieter area than Shimbashi and cheaper than similar options in Ginza.
Skyscrapers surround the area, and it's near Tsukiji, Shimbashi, and Ginza. It also is well connected to Subway and JR stations.
The only issue I could think of is that it could be challenging to find if you don't know the area."

"Great property in every way possible. The staff were always greeting us with a smile. Amenities and location were fantastic. And the buffet breakfast was the icing on the top of an excellent stay.
The room was small but we were aware of that so no surprise there."

"We had a really great experience at Tobu Hotel. The location was perfect and close to train station.Really close to shopping: Don Quijote and a mall nearby with lots of restaurants as well. But what stood out was the exceptional service from all the staff.Checking in and out was easy.We were also able to book the Limo bus from the hotel directly to Narita Airport which was so convenient for multiple luggages. Will definitely book this hotel again."

"Large old style charm hotel. Very classy foyer and the staff incredibly professional. A quick thank you to Tobori-san at checkin. Not only did he acknowledge that I am a Gold Member of Hotels.com, he upgraded us to a higher & better room and extended our checkout to 2pm. ArigatogozimasuTobori-san"
