"Unique Experience: Would do it again"
The hotel was very clean. Has free wifi, drinks (non-alcoholic), free breakfast (hotdog, pastries lol), and free massages. I didn't see where the free massages were, but I did see the free massage chairs. The hotel staff is friendly, but their English isn't the greatest. The bed was very clean and so was the entire hotel including the bathrooms. I definitely recommend at least one night here!

"Great Experience "
I really wanted to try a capsule hotel while in Japan and this one was ideal. Travelling as a couple it was difficult to find one that had a capsule for the both of us but this was perfect. It was way roomy than expected, had a cute little tv and plug sockets to charge everything. One issue, which was by no means the hotel's fault, was the neighbours! If you are unlucky to have bad capsule neighbours like we did then the experience is brought down greatly. The couple staying in the capsule beside us just wouldn't make up their minds. They kept coming and going and standing around outside and talking. Very frustrating! Even worse were the pair above us. The American pair checked in super late (middle of the night late) and were so noisy, waking us up. They were very inconsiderate of people sleeping and decided to take photos when they arrived, at their capsule, literally past midnight. Since we were below them this was a big problem! They didn't care though.

"Cheap, well maintained, and convenient hostel"
I took a room with private bathroom. the room was typical of such places in Japan. Very clean, very understanding staff. I had to stay several days and they pointing to me everything I was looking around. I am NOT to use to go in hostels, but my experience there was positive. the area is interesting, and you easily meet other foreigners.

"Great if you are a traveling student "
It's a great place for price no doubt, hands down. Plenty of resources available to help your tour of Asaksa. Only thing is it's like college. I am not at that age so I just laugh at every sign that said, "clean up after yourself" "no noise after---" "Etc" But that's the way it is. People were nice, and while I was there it was quiet. The location was hard because there is no line that gets you there. It's a long walk from the station. I had a duffle and man I was struggling by the time I got there. It's set off a avenue that had a bikeways. One last thing I had a hard time finding a friendly place to eat. I found a spot but after getting waved out of the soba house that the hostel recommends! They were still serving people. :/

"Great place to stay, just know what to expect"
This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel and based on the experience, I would stay at one again. The place is clean, the staff is helpful and it has everything you need. As a non-Japanese speaker (English), it was fairly easy to communicate with the staff. They had my reservation ready when I arrived and the few questions I had throughout the week I was able to get answered. I stayed in one of the smaller capsule rooms for a week. The capsule rooms provide a small locker in the bath area (big enough for a back pack). There are larger lockers, but there is a fee associated with those. Good to keep in mind if bringing anything larger than carry-on luggage. I'm a little over six feet tall and the capsule room was barely large enough to sleep comfortably. In retrospect, I would have chosen to go with one of the larger cabin rooms if staying more than a few days. The location is fairly convenient. The Keikyu line station is about a block away (keep in mind this is NOT a JR line if you’re using a JR Rail Pass, it doesn’t work here). Access to the JR line (Tokaido Line) is about six blocks west. A fairly easy walk which I made almost every day I was there. There's a 7-11 convenience store just up the street, which has pretty much anything you might need (like, oh say, an umbrella when it suddenly starts raining?).
