We stayed at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo for three nights, en route from the US to visit our daughter, son-in-law, and grandaughter in Okinawa. The hotel facilities, grounds, and amenities were beautiful. What truly stood out, however, was the service. From the moment we arrived until we boarded the Airport Limousine to the Haneda Airport, every interaction with hotel staff was over the top in friendliness, courtesy, and in ensuring that our every need or desire was fully met. I have traveled to many countries, and have stayed in many fine hotels. The service at this hotel exceeded my expectations, and to this point, truly is the best service I have ever experienced.
This hotel has beautiful views across the bay with great access for getting around. The train station is at the back and buses pick up from the front taking you to a vast range of places. There is also a free shuttle bus that takes you to all the key tourist attractions on the island. Not staying in noisy Tokyo was a blessing but access to Tokyo was an easy train ride away. There were also direct limousine buses from both airports directly to the hotel at a cheap price which was a bonus. The hotel was 5 star with great ammenities and good sized rooms. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
This hard to find club type hotel is very nice, in a good location and very quiet. I've been traveling to Japan for many years and never knew the hotel existed. Very close to shops and restaurants. About a 10-15 minute walk to Omote-Sando in one direction and Akasaka in the other and very convenient to the subway. Fitness center, spa and indoor pool are awesome. Pool and fitness center are really what sets this hotel apart

We stayed at the Tokyo Hilton for two trips of three nights firstly in a King room then Junior Suite after returning from a couple of days in Kyoto. On both occasions we had access to the executive lounge. The hotel is well located in Shinjuku with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were great (King Executive and Junior Executive Suite) and service in the executive lounge was excellent. Evening snacks and drinks were always busy so would recommend to arrive close to six or after seven fifteen. Very handy having an international ATM in the basement shopping area. Direct access via tunnel to Shinjuku stations. The only issue with the hotel was the fifteen minute wait to check out at the front desk (should have used exec lounge but was waiting for airport bus). Would recommend to others and will stay again.
