A wonderful hotel with attentive yet unintrusive staff (a rare quality). For me personally the only downsides were the exceptionally high prices at the franchise restaurants and coffee shop, the vast distances between these, and the lack of eateries & public transport in the immediate area.
Lovely hotel and easy to get to from Haneda Airport by bus Room spacious and lovely with great ensuite Location ok for Le Daiba Island and Monorail into city Good pick up service for Narita and staff very helpful All good
This hard to find club type hotel is very nice, in a good location and very quiet. I've been traveling to Japan for many years and never knew the hotel existed. Very close to shops and restaurants. About a 10-15 minute walk to Omote-Sando in one direction and Akasaka in the other and very convenient to the subway. Fitness center, spa and indoor pool are awesome. Pool and fitness center are really what sets this hotel apart

We stayed at the Tokyo Hilton for two trips of three nights firstly in a King room then Junior Suite after returning from a couple of days in Kyoto. On both occasions we had access to the executive lounge. The hotel is well located in Shinjuku with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were great (King Executive and Junior Executive Suite) and service in the executive lounge was excellent. Evening snacks and drinks were always busy so would recommend to arrive close to six or after seven fifteen. Very handy having an international ATM in the basement shopping area. Direct access via tunnel to Shinjuku stations. The only issue with the hotel was the fifteen minute wait to check out at the front desk (should have used exec lounge but was waiting for airport bus). Would recommend to others and will stay again.
I can recommend this room as just spacious enough with excellent bedding, bath and TV. While I do not have experience with other hotels in Tokyo, from other reviews this is a large living space. I must say the club room is is not very good due to sub standard wine and no liquor being offered. The beer was good and cold and soft drinks were available. The food offered was in very small quantities and disappeared quickly. I can say the club breakfast, in a ground floor location in the main tower is excellent and well worth the expense of the club level room.
