Service desk extremely helpful and friendly. Double room was very roomy for a Tokyo hotel. Convenient location in heart of Ginza, less than 100 ft from Ginza-itchome (Yarakucho line) metro station entrance, 200 meters from Ginza (Ginza, and Marunouchi, and Hibya lines) station entrance. Bathroom and shower were large enough for westerner. Good, comprehensive breakfast buffet. I Would definitely stay again.

It was a pleasant stay throughout my 3 nights in IBIS. I needed just a basic hotel to meet my friends and travel around. Please expect a very Japanese customer service if you stay in here. I had the staff explained to me about my stay and also a parcel had arrived the night before. I requested for high-floor rooms and was given just one. However, he did explained that due to the nature of the room, I will not be able to have a nice city view.
The not-so-pleasant experience with this hotel is probably the room's age and bathroom facilities. But then, I do not need a fancy hotel room to begin with. This is a typical Japanese-sized hotel room so I do not have any complains for it. For a single traveller, it is perfect and other than the slightly-old room and wash basin, I have zero complains about this hotel and I would definitely stay in it again.
