Nice hotel close to the highway

This hotel was great, however we had some issues with the plumbing in the bathroom. Our toilet decided to not flush all the way the second night of our stay. The shower did not drain properly even after they "fixed it." The pool was excellent. Breakfast was ok the ingredients weren't fresh in the omelettes, but the chef was nice and funny! They did give us a $25 credit for the poor plumbing.

Nice, comfortable room. Lots of space for a family of four. Very good complimentary buffet breakfast.

Pros: the breakfast, and happy hour.
Cons: an earlier adult swim time.
Location: very good entrance to local highways
from check in to check out a great experience. quiet room nice bedroom very comfortable bed

Pros: breakfast is good
Cons: you need to clean more, fix the swimming area, flies in rooms, you need internet in rooms, improve rooms.
Location: the hotel is far from destiny usa
the swimming area was dirty, 15 people in the hot tub, and the hot tub was not working, we couldn't swim, no internet in rooms

I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience. Our facility does have a fairly small pool for 215 rooms so it reaches maximum occupancy fairly quickly. I'm sorry you were unable to enjoy the pool or hot tub on this trip but we look forward to having you back to enjoy it next time.

Great hotel and close to the freeway

Great time at Embassy Suites. We were in townt for a surprise birthday party. Had the opportunity to eat breakfast and talk with other family members from out of town. The breakfast was delicious and free.

In town for a fashion show in Syracuse, first time staying here. Very nice will stay here again, center all opened to see below, nicely decorated. Our 4th floor room, limited access the only elevators are located by the front desk, our room at the opposite end. Lots of walking. Quiet hours should be enforced.

Inadequate staffing spoiled the experience!

Very disappointing breakfast - Hot buffet had finished 1hr 15 mins before the end of breakfast time of 10:30am so everything had to be ordered through the 2 people working on the cook to order area which created long queues. There were inadequate staff so no tables were cleared, plates were stacked up on tables and we had to clean a space so we could eat our breakfast. The food area was not being replenished due to the staff shortage so there were no yoghurts, no butter, no bagels etc..... I did complain as we left the hotel and we received an apology but it was not what we would expect after booking a premium suite
