Location was nice.

Posted 22-Sep-2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Outside looked a little run down and breakfast could be served later.
Location: Fishing on the blue river and shopping in the outlet mall was awesome.
Getaway weekend fishing trip. The room was ok, nothing to write home about but clean and comfortable. I was a little disappointed when I went at 9:00 for breakfast and there was nothing there...Overall would stay again.

This hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. In general the hotel was a little run down and could use some updating/remodeling. This is a good hotel if you are looking for someplace reasonably priced for a quick one night stay as you pass through on I-70.

Cheaper than Vail, but you get what you pay for

Pros: Convenient location right off the highway. Cons: Shower curtain smelled like mildew. Heater/Air Conditioner was very loud. There is not enough parking spaces for the number of rooms that they have. The free breakfast was mediocre.

broken down and in need of remodeling

Posted 18-Aug-2014 on Hotels.com
Bathrooms were dirty. At least they looked dirty, maybe just stained tubs and floors. No screens on windows. No remote for tv. Pool was gritty. The front desk clerk was super nice and got us a remote and towels when needed, but I would never stay here again. Not unless they completely remodeled.

Terrible!

Posted 18-Aug-2014
Cons: Everything needs to be improved.
Location: Convenient to the Outlet shops and Lake Dillon.
This was not a good experience at all! The hotel was old and dingy. There was a lot of junk exposed in the garage areas when you pulled into the parking lot. The carpet in the hallways was horrible looking... who knows what kind of stains they were. The room was ok however, the sheets on the bed were very worn with holes in them as well as didn't look clean at all with hair on them. We even went out and bought a couple of blankets to lay over the bed so we wouldn't have to sleep on the bedding! The shower did not drain properly and the bathroom was very small and cramped to hardly move around in. I will never go back to this hotel. I don't know how it even got a two star rating!

Older than expected

Posted 11-Aug-2014
Pros: Front desk was nice.
Cons: No smoking in front of hotel
Smoking right outside of door. Smell came in the lobby area. Pool was not welcoming (looked dirty). Room was right by stairs and heard stairwell noise late into the night. Bed spreads were faded.

Potential of a nice place to stay,

Even though the hotel was a non smoking environment the room still smelled horribly of smoke and chemicals to mast the smoke environment.

This is not a high quality hotel but it is shelter and the people were kind enough! The pool is a kids pool, meaning it's 2 ft deep. There is a hot tub, though. A big one. The linens and bedding are of the scratchy sort and not for the germ- o- phobic;)
