Not worth paying 100 $ for a night

Posted 29-Sep-2014
The hotel is not disappointing but its definitely not worth paying 100 $ for just a night. The neighbor Holiday Inn seems pretty placed with rate and facilities and cleanliness.

Good Frisco hotel.

Posted 04-Aug-2014
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Location: Close to downtown area. Lots to do in Frisco in the summer.
Nothing negative to say. Price value is good relative to other places in Frisco.

The "limited" referred to service and maintenance

Posted 29-Jul-2014 on Hotels.com
Pros: clean, non-smoke, nice touristy town, beds were okay, free wi-fi. Cons: breakfast area is small/crowded; evening manager's gifts were not in customer service that day - mini-fridge in our room needed defrosting badly- so much that the fridge could no longer cool. We asked if there was a possibility to switch fridges, and she begrudgingly had us switch rooms - to one with no fridge at all. The wallpaper was also peeling. It was not worth paying twice what we paid for similar hotels during the rest of our trip.

Ok, but not what we expected from a ramada.

Front desk lady was very unfriendly. Room was tiny, sink didn't drain. Several things looked like they needed fixing/ cleaning or replacing(tiles, carpet, bed frame). Breakfast area looked dirty. Trashcan dirty, crumbs everywhere, spilled creamer etc. Bed was comfortable & clean. Beautiful area.
