“Pan Pacific is a Must”

Most amazing hotel experience ever. Everyone was more then nice and attentive, from the security, house keeping, bell hops, people behind the counter. I loved everything this hotel had to offer and would recommend it to anyone. Room was clean and modern with a really nice bed and pillows. Cant wait to be a repeat customer.

“great seattle experience”

The staff was friendly and helpful (Will at the front desk was especially nice). Great central location and the room was very comfortable. Free wi-fi and valet parking was a nice bonus.

“Our New Favorite Seattle Hotel”

Staff was wonderful. We used the courtesy car and found we were within walking distance to most places we wanted to go - Pike's Place, Seattle Center and Downtown. We had drinks and appetizers in the bar one evening and they were some of the best we had during our stay. We traveled with our two teenage daughters and they loved it too. The only improvements could have been with the bedding. The mattress was a little firm and there weren't enough pillows (4 total for 2 queen beds). If we'd asked for more, I'm sure they'd have given us more. But, it was a small thing and we didn't bother.

“Seattle Pan Pacific.”

Hotel is on the edge of the city area but has all the goodies you expect. There is a food place underneath as well as restaurants beside the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of the shopping area and was quiet for sleeping. Would recommend this hotel to all travellers.

“Great Hotel!”

This was a very nice hotel. We traveled with a 17 month old and the only thing to consider is that the fridge was mostly taken up by the mini bar with only a tiny square to store your own baby food etc. But the staff was great and had a crib waiting for us in the room when we arrived. Also the South lake union location we liked because there were not homeless people on every corner like you find at many of the hotels closer to the waterfront.

“Excellent choice, close to many must-see areas”

The staff were all very helpful. They were able to direct me to various stores I needed, give me bus numbers to help me get where I needed to go, and even gave me a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant when I wanted a late bite after getting back from a day trip to Victoria (13 Coins, next to Seattle Times, just a couple blocks away). Amenities were very nice, room quite spacious for the price, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a separate soaking tub, with sliding doors that opened into the bedroom area. I've seen a few online reviews saying how nice it is to have a hot bath while looking the window at the city, but be warned: the desk staff advised me the glass is two-way, so if you can see out, other people can see in! Overall, the hotel was quite satisfying, and the staff exceptionally professional and helpful.
