“A disaster.”

If you do not want to experience the sensation if being in hell while on earth then do not book this place. First of all this is not even a hotel wich is not explained. I made my reservation like any other but when I went to the place "Surprise" this is not a hotel it looks like a house and there was nobody there to let me get in. Imagine being in an unknown place where they s peak a different language thinking that you have a place to stay and you are left on the streets. I called the number several times for many hours and they never picked it up. Im worting this cuz I dont want other people to go through what I had to go through, Thnaks god I was travelling with friends that had a car and they helped me on finding another hotel and taking me there.

Area recommendations
Rome is beautiful it has so many monuments and they are huge I really recommend it.
