Nice hotel situated close to all sights in Rome.

Posted 19-Sep-2014
Pros: Hotel being very close to the Spanish steps meant the whole area was vibrant till late evening. It was also very conveniently located see almost most
Cons: Coffee making facility could be provided in rooms as their is no service in the restaurant after breakfast.
Location: A good Chinese close to the hotel and reasonably priced. Ideal when you have got tired of Italian food.
Staff from front office, room service and the restaurant were very helpful and keen to satisfy customers. The triple room was a bit small but well laid out. . Toilets were modern and well maintained, but no lock to the bath room. Central Air-conditioning was comfortable. The roof terrace restaurant , open to bright skies via the glass extension made the mornings lively and the continental breakfast was sufficient even though there was no hot food. Only one plug socket located over the bed Looking forward to returning again. . .

Nice hotel - centrally located.

Posted 16-Sep-2014
Pros: Quiet room for sleeping. Good air con. Everything you need at breakfast to set you up for the day.
Cons: Customer service skills of mainly two male staff need refreshing. Would be good to have a kettle in the rooms to make coffee/tea.
Location: The hotel is centrally located - walking distance to all the major sights - Spanish Steps five minutes away. We walked to the Vatican over the Tiber.
On arrival the two male reception staff were indifferent and quite unprofessional. A different male member of staff, who sported a beard, was totally professional and a joy to deal with, as was the lovely young lady at breakfast every morning. The room was cleaned every day. Disappointing that there wasn't a view over Rome from the breakfast tables as listed - you would have to stand outside to see the view. On the whole a comfortable room in which to sleep at the end of the day.

Easy walk to subway and major attractions

Posted 07-Sep-2014
Pros: close to everything
Cons: the bed being a little more comfortable, snacks in the fridge.
Location: Short walk to the spanish steps and trevi fountain, multiple shops and restaurants.
Hotel was very modern, close to subway and major attractions. We enjoyed restaurants and shops very close by. The hotel is clean, only complaint would be the bed, jus a tad uncomfortable. Other than that it was an excellent stay and recommend this hotel!

Great Hotel, loved it

Posted 01-Sep-2014
Pros: Rooms and location.
Cons: Breakfast was included but could be improved with more food.
Location: Very close to Piazza Di Spagna.
We have stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend and we loved the location, rooms; etc. It's 5 min. walk from the Spanish Steps and even closer to a theater which we saw La Traviata. Newly decorated. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, and if (hopefully) I'm back to Rome, I'm gonna stay there again.

Location near the spanish steps was great. Bed was uncomfortable though and the aircon and fridge were not cold enough.

A great small city centre hotel

Posted 05-Aug-2014
Pros: The location is great on a street where the traffic never seemed too busy and the lift was a boon after a day touring the city on foot.
Cons: As Brits we missed tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also, the desk lamp had no socket nearby to plug it in, but these are only minor flaws.
Location: The hotel is only a few hundred metres from the Spanish Steps and only a 15 minute (uphill) stroll from the beautiful Borghese Gardens and zoo.
The room was spacious enough for 3 with ample storage/hanging space. If extra bedding e.g. pillows were required they were immediately supplied. The breakfast buffet on the terrace covered most tastes and each waitress was very diligent about keeping everything topped up.

4 night break in July

Posted 24-Jul-2014
Pros: Central location for touism
Cons: Would have liked some drawrs in the room.
Location: It's Rome. What more is there to say/ Lots of attractions, history, restaurants etc.
A good location, more or less equal distances from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. All the other main tourist attractions are within walking distance., so we didn't need to use public transport at all. The hotel was basic, but clean and nicely decorated. Check-in was at a hotel across the street, but as this was a narrow side street this was not a problem. Staff were polite and helpful. The room was small, but clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was roomy, clean and with a good shower unit (no bath). There were no drawers in the room, but the shelf space in the built-in wardrobe was adequate for a short stay. The breakfast room on the fifth floor (lift or stairs) was clean with a good selection of continental-type breakfasts (yoghurt, fruit, cereals, cheese, ham, eggs, rolls, croissants, toast, marmalede, jam etc.). Self-service, although an attendant was present at all times. There was a good signal in the room from the free wifi. The user name and password were not provided at check-in, but the receptionist provided them when requested, The hotel does not have a dining room, but with lots of restaurants nearby there is plenty of choice.
