"Terrific hotel in a restored apartment block in the maze of alleyways in central historic Genoa. Location is perfect as only a few minutes walk from San Lorenzo cathedral, Piazza de Ferrari, the waterfront, etc. Friendly professional service from all staff. The breakfast is super, very sumptuous. It would have been useful to have a safe in the room. Hot water in the shower took a while to get going. Probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as the breakfast is on the fifth floor which is accessed via stairs only. "

"The room was great for 5 people, walkable to the water and to sites in town/food. We had a car and saw there was parking included. You need to drive through "limited" pedestrian areas to the front of the building, which our GPS's didn't want us to do. So it took some driving around to figure that out. We weren't sure if we were allowed to drive on the road in front, which we were. We weren't able to get the parking for free, our data was entered, but exiting of parking wasn't clearly explained, and we ended up being charged 20 Euros. We were told the car info was loaded onto the app, so when exiting parking, we didn't know we also had to use the ticket kiosk prior to exiting. When we did that, it charged us. Other than driving to check in and parking exit, everything was great. Breakfast was great, 4 euros per person, lots of variety and tasted great."
