“Adequate, inexpensive Hotel”
I've stayed at this hotel before. Sleep Inns are a nice compact destination at a fair price. This one is getting tired - actually felt a little dingy???.
“Awful”
I stayed at this hotel because I had a very early flight out the next morning and they stressed that they had a shuttle service. When I got to the Phoenix airport and couldn't find the shuttle I called. It was next to impossible to get through to the number and when I did the instructions given were so rushed and incomprehensible that I just ended up getting a taxi with it's $16 minimum for the 1.5 mile ride. The hotel room was dark and dingy and not overly clean. I never got the wake up call I asked for. Would never stay there again - and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
“Dog Friendly and Very Pleasant for People, Too!”
Our options for a Phoenix hotel were constrained by having a 30# dog and a 6:45 a.m. flight that the dog was also catching. Sleep Inn was very comfortable and accomodating for the night. We took advantage of the 20% discount voucher off food at the Grill across the street at the Hilton (don't bother with the mixed drinks there -- really watered-down and expensive!) A little business advice for Sleep Inn: provide detailed airport maps for those who are shipping their pets. It was almost impossible to locate the trailer behind Terminal 3. You may increase occupancy by providing a detailed route through the PNX labyrinth to pet shipping. Had that information been advertised, we would have willingly paid even more to decrease that added stress.
“Sleep Inn Phoenix Airport”
The staff and amenities at the hotel were more than adequate, and the staff was very accomodating. Particularly helpful was the shuttle service to the University of Phoenix for classes every day and to and from the airport- I really appreciated it! Thank you very much for a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I'll be sure to recommend the Sleep Inn to friends, family, classmates, and colleagues.
“Satisfied With This Hotel”
We had a few problems during our stay. One problem we had was with the fitness room. The hotel lists a fitness room, but it actually had an agreement with a nearby hotel for Sleep Inn guests to use theirs. We were disappointed and did not go use the fitness room because it wasn't convenient at all. Another problem we had was with the hot tub. We had planned to get into the hot tub for fifteen minutes after we swam. It started okay, but it was really cold (colder than the pool!), and we were overwhelmed with a chemical smell during the few seconds that we tried to sit in it. We did enjoy the pool and the ice cream vending machine. Despite those problems, we were satisfied with this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice. We also liked that there was either lemonade or iced tea in the lobby during the day as a cold refreshment.
“Excellent place to stay”
I was attending a conference across the street at the Hilton, but preferred to stay at the Sleep Inn because I prefer not to stay at a Hilton Hotel for both financial and ethical reasons. The Sleep Inn was everything I needed and a great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area for another conference.
“Very good value and location”
Easy access off University Blvd. Room was clean and has all the essentials for a traveler. Helpful front desk staff. Will stay there again next time I use the Phoenix airport.
“Brilliant service and excellent value for money”
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room was always perfectly maintained and cleaned daily. soft beverages on the tap round the clock and a sensible breakfast assortment. Shuttle service was impressive. Will definitely go back when in Phoenix.
“EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!”
Excellent acccommodations - friendly staff - close to airport - nice breakfast buffet - clean rooms - nice pool...would stay there agin - would highly recommed....;
“will probably be back next year”
nice hotel
