Not the best area of town, hotel room was rundown. Not spacious, bed sagged and pillows were worn down. Dated d├ęcor. Door did not have a latch and the draperies did not cover the window completely. People who lived at the motel were sitting outside of their rooms in chairs and in cars outside my room. The room did not have typical amenities

Pros: Entertaining people watching. The WiFi worked 2 of 3 nights. It gave me a greater appreciation of my HD television at home.
Cons: Wouldn't be worth the effort.

We arrived at 830 pm to check in and the doors were locked to the office??? Eventually an employee arrived to check us in. Room condition was poor. Stained carpets (really stained from I don't even want to know), no bulbs in the lamps, and towels that you could see through they were so worn. Most were stained, and I won't even try to describe what was oozing out of the bathroom wall/floor and what was adhered to it. In three mornings, only one had coffee available at the free breakfast. If you were early enough you could get one of the muffins available. Your only other option was juice cartons in a bowl of melted ice. I heard the employee tell one disappointed patron that the McDonalds was just a couple blocks away. All three nights I slept with my clothes on, on top of the bed to avoid contact with the sheets and mattress. One afternoon we returned to no room service. The clogged shower drain was a nice touch.

I would like to have refund hotel charge

1. gave us uncleaned room first and change to other room 2. coffee pot never cleaned and still have somebody brewed filter before, we didn't drink coffee at all 3. pillow was crushed and ask for fluffy on and never get it 4. on 2nd day, they did not clean room and no supply new towel and get dirty marked towel later after we ask for 5. bed sheet and frame is so old and dirty 6. when we ask for change, they never listen to us at all 7. we are so disappointed Expedia.com has this kind of hotel in the list 8. they are not worth to have Howard Johnson sign

Pros: Absolutely nothing!

Our room smelled like smoke, carpet filthy, white dried stuff on it. you could feel the springs in the bed the pillows were bad. Ice machine did not work. Its was not kept up and would never stay here again or recommend it to any of my friends. The pictures on line make it look good but was not. There were many quest complaining. One had broken toilet, Others had no towels, A lot complained about the smell. One quest said there sheets were dirty. So many unsatisfied quest. I have always counted on expedia to room but should be ashamed to recommend this to your customers

My nonsmoking room reeked of smoke and had many cigarette burns. The bed was broken and fixed with a block of wood. Don't waste your money here!

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Don't get me started.
Location: Had supper and breakfast at Denny's..very good
The place was filthy and run down. Cigarette burns everywhere...stunk like smoke. Pillows were little flat objects. The tub was peeling. The floors were dirty and I kept my socks on to walk on the floors. Super Bowl was on and we needed a place to stay overnight..we had prepaid and if we could have found another place we would have left.

Pros: Shower Head.
Cons: I was given a room that had been painted (renovation?). Thinking remodeling, however the neighborhood and employees cancel idea.
Location: Things you do not talk about
The room had newer carpet, but was ripped at the entrance to the bathroom. One night stand had cigarette buts, plastic bags and a lighter stuffed inside. The obligatory slow drains. A/C-heater did not work. Continental breakfast - only good, OJ There was an aged mini-fridge but no microwave. Cooked popcorn in one in office. Bed sheets were beyond saving. One goody - the Shower head was great.
