“Next time we are in Scottsdale we will use this facility”
Hotel staff were the most helpful I have encountered for quite some time. The facility was clean and in a great location in Scottsdale

Great location in a nice part of Scottsdale. Staff is helpful. Free breakfast is good. Courtyard was great for kids to run around in. Enjoyed the pool. Rooms are old but reasonably clean and in good working order.
“Won't go Back”
I chose the hotel for its location to Fashion Square. It is excellent for that purpose only! It ran out of hot water. The heater did not work properly, it would not warm the room. The electronic lock ran out of battery and had to break the security chain on the other door to enter the room. Breakfast was typical. The hotel staff were courteous and professional.

“Scottsdale Days Inn”
Handy for a local conference, not much more. Beds were hard, AC didn't work well, some lights in the hallways were burned out.
“Great location, mediocre wireless”
The only negative for a business traveler was inconsistent internet, which made working more difficult. The location and access to old town was wonderful and made my stay enjoyable.

Must see Desert Botanical Garden and Old Town area. Plenty of beautiful jewelry etc on sale from Navajo Indians. Continental breakfast at Days Inn was most sufficient and plentiful. Staff very helpful and really pleasant. Good to have free internet access plus print off boarding pass. Big shopping centre right next door is open to 9pm. Room was big and clean. Air con great.
“Would definitely stay there again!”
The hotel was at a great location. Close to freeways, Old town scottsdale & the mall. We liked being on the ground level, because the second floor rooms did not have balconys. We would definitely stay there again!
“This is our "go to" place”
This hotel is perfect for us. Not too big, oldie but goodie. Right next to the mall and close to where we have meetings and classes. Pool is great. Never had a problem with service. Employees are very friendly. I love it!
“Not the best.....”
The price was right, which led us to book this hotel. Unfortunately, we should have spent the extra money to upgrade to a better hotel. The staff was friendly, the location was super, and the small free breakfast was fresh and satisfying. Our biggest complaints: For the first day or two the room had an overwhelming "air freshener" smell to it. This dissappeared and the room smelled like mold the rest of our stay. Our second biggest complaint was the large unused outdoor bar. We were on vacation and would have liked to take advantage of the bar. We were told by the staff that the bartender was off on Sunday. To our displeasure, the bar was closed our entire stay, the entire week. A real downer.
