“reasonable hotel”
this is a budget priced hotel that is decent value for the money
“Near my friend's home”
The pool was fantastic, the yacuzzi was fun, near cofffee shop, perfect for a night's sleep.
“Cheap and close to Church of the nations.”
Traveling couple or a group of people would feel safer than only one person (2 nights there were police intervention some roads further - not so peaceful area, but the hotel didnt have crime events. But the price was very good and I took breakfast outside, so I had positive outcome. They could fix door locks, becasue they were not all really good working, but as I said generally it is ok.
“Never go back”
Filthy rooms with dirty rugs looking like they had not been vacuumed recently. Very small cramped room without a nice desk for doing evening work. I ended up with a rash on my back that I'm convinced was from the bed I slept in. The roof of the building I stayed in was in serious disrepair. The motel rooms were in a seperate building in a darker area off the street and hidden behind the front office building. The contintental breakfast was in a dingy room with poor selection of food. There is no way this motel should have the rating it was given, which led to me deciding to stay there.
“Owner or manager good, hotel location and condition poor.”
hotel condition not good.
“Nice but not the Greatest.......some lies”
So first off the pool is outdoors but not heated and it was DIRTY. The hot tub can only be at 105 degrees (Bath water). The women at the front desk was super sweet and very helpful. It was awesome to have to free wifi but if you were on it to much it would kick you off and you have to get rid of all your cookies(if you know how to do that). The room could use a little updating but it did its job and gave us a place to stay. We did get a fridge and microwave. The room was kinda cramped but it is a good deal for what you pay i think!
“Good value”
We stayed for six days and we never had a problem at all. Front desk staff is very friendly, our room was cleaned every day, beds are very comfortable and the location is nice and close to major roadways (but not noisy at all, we were on the east side) The hotel is in need of some TLC, but everything worked well.
“Needs Major Renovation - To Be Avoided”
Noisy, bad "free" breakfast, horrible section of town, and poorly managed in terms of customer service.
“Good Place To Stay”
Days inn I-17 & Thomas is a very clean and comfortable place to stay it was very close to just about everything in PHX. I would recommend this motel to all my friends and family.
