Bed bugs at this hotel!

Posted 25-Apr-2015
The windows open from the outside, there are bed bugs, the staff weren't very helpful - overall, would never stay here again!

OK Place

Posted 04-Apr-2015
Pros: It was at the hub of Phoenix. Easy to get on the 202, 101 and an eatery very close by, as well.
Cons: There were dead bugs behind our door and the curtains in front wouldn't stay closed so we put water bottles on them to keep people from seeing in.
Location: Food and expressways. We went to the Phoenix Zoo, South Mountain at sunset and many mall areas that had eateries in them and great shopping stores!
For a place to lay your head and busy all other times, it was fine. Free coffee and oatmeal was great! Room was sufficient for our needs. (We were only there to sleep - alwasys on the go). Very friendly staff. Everyone was super nice to us at all times of the day and night. Very accomodating as we didn't have a clock in our room and they furnished one for me.

Trop chère pour la chambre.

Posted 31-Mar-2015

close to airport

Posted 28-Mar-2015
Pros: close to the airport, free shuttle service to airport and car rental center, free breakfast, even if it was only toast, cereal, oatmeal, juice/coffee
Cons: updated décor, a fresh scent when entering the rooms
Location: needed a car to do anything. walmart about 2 miles away, same as airport.
close to airport, breakfast OK, rooms appeared to be semi-clean, maybe just older, we had someone try to get into the room around 4:00am, thank goodness for the security lock, told the front staff in the morning and he could care less. tried calling the front desk after it occurred and no one answered. phone originally was not pulled in, hence no wake up call, we assumed the phone was in proper working order. free shuttle service was great! Rooms had refrigerators which was a nice addition.

Bad bad bed. Dirty carpet. What more can be said. The place is accross the street from a nude dancer club and the locals seem very questionable. Now, have I done your job for you.

Enough for One Night

Posted 23-Mar-2015
Pros: It's cheap
Cons: Better cleaning supplies and maybe a paint job on the rooms
This motel is purely about function and value. It's cheap and good enough for one night. The staff were very friendly and there was a breakfast which was decent enough (if you like Fruit Loops), but the room odour of cleaning supplies was overwhelming. I had to crack open the windows to breath. The bed was comfortable which saved the whole experience from being a disaster. Again, it's cheap and good enough for one night.
