Facilities badly maintained

Posted 27-Feb-2015
Pros: The bed was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The place needs a major maintenance overhaul and some staff training in courtesy and general customer service training.
Facilities badly maintained. Bathroom light didn't work, toilet seat was stained yellow (looked like chemicals, not urine) carpet was badly stained and bare from overall use. Kleenex dispenser cover didn't even fit properly and you could visibly see into the drywall without trying. Chairs were also badly stained. The room smelled like someone dumped a bottle of perfume to attempt to cover other smells. Welcome book with information for guests was disgustingly stained and pages stuck together. Parking area was littered with garbage on all visible sides. Hotel desk staff seemed lackluster in professional attitude.

Convenient location

Posted 25-Feb-2015
Pros: The room was clean and the hotel location was only two miles from my ultimate destination.
Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the 101 for easy access to other locations in Phoenix.
The check-in process took several minutes because a number of guests were checking in at the same time and only one front desk person was on duty. The front desk person was pleasant and took care of the check-in in a timely manner once I was at the front desk.

Hotel was closeby

Posted 25-Feb-2015
Pros: Convenience to my destination
Cons: See above
The room was clean and the bedding comfortable, but the condition of the facility was only average and needed refreshing. Carpets and finishes looked dingy and the condition of the outside areas and parking lot are in need of a refresh.

No Free Breakfast!!

Posted 23-Feb-2015
Pros: The pool was heated and large.
Cons: The management needs to walk the grounds, be sure there is enough food for the guest load on a weekend, and make sure rooms are ready. We pay for them
The hotel grounds were not kept very clean, but the rooms were decent. When we arrived at 4:00 pm we had to wait for one of our rooms because it was not ready. The most disappointing part was taking our family down to what was advertised as a free hot breakfast at 7:30 am. When we arrived in the breakfast area they informed us, and many other guests, that they were out of food. We simply left. We paid full price for a hotel without the amenities that we paid for. Don't expect to have breakfast, make other plans!

Fits the price

Posted 20-Feb-2015
Pros: I liked the price and location right off of major highways.
Cons: The smell of my room, friendliness of the staff, and just the little things to elevate it from an ok hotel to a good one that you would recommend.
Location: Close to the 101 and 17 highway crossing which link to many things in the Phoenix area. However right around the hotel restaurants, etc. were limited
An ok Hotel, nothing more nothing less than the reasonable price. My room smelt smoky even though it was supposed to be smoke free. Staff was appropriate but not personable. Breakfast was average. Bed, furniture, hotel condition, and area were all fair or middle of the road. Fits the price

Nice hotel,very clean,beds are comfortable

Posted 16-Feb-2015
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Customer Service, ( what side of hotel is the room, what are the pool hours, you access internet through ComfortInn macrotech)
Very clean hotel, they serve a great breakfast.Beds are very comfortable.Staff could improve customer service, they do not tell you which side of the hotel your room is on,no greeting, not even a hello, gave me incorrect info about internet, told me 2 internet sites will appear and the macrotech was for office use only, however this is the only internet connection available. The hotel is great, but customer service is poor. I asked a staff about the internet and if I could log into the macrotech, her reply " How long will you be here ? " Instead of answering the question, she wanted to know how long I would be bothering her, unbelievable

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed. My only complaint is the internet does not work, I stayed here for business and really needed the Internet . The complimentary breakfast is good.

Do not stay here

Posted 10-Feb-2015
Cons: Please read above.
The carpets were dirty, the furniture was stained, the bathroom door did not close all the way and the toile ran all night and there was a huge pile of trash out side the entry and cigarette butts everywhere.
