“Deceiving Exteriors”
This hotel was not worth the price. The room was blah, and the customer service was average. In addition, the beds are not at all comfortable and it makes creeking noises. I would definitely not go back here. It was not really located next to any popular locations. The outside of the hotel looks nice, and so was the lobby, but the actual room was musty and not so clean.
“Best place to stay at Exit 3 NJ Turnpike”
As we needed a place to stay at Exit 3 NJ Turnpike for business we've tried every motel/hotel in the area and this is the best. Have stayed there twice so far and only complaint is that the bathroom is very tiny. Otherwise clean, quiet and reasonably priced.
“Clean and Efficient - would definitely stay their again”
The Runnemede Hotel was very clean and our room was very efficient. You got more than what you paid for. The price was very reasonable. The security personnel was very helpful and accomodating. It is a dated hotel, no flat screen TV or microwave, but with that said, the room was pleasant.
“OK but not impressive”
Staff first misread my reservation and put us in a single room (for three people) rather than in a suite. We got moved; the room was fairly comfortable. Location is quite near Philly--about a 20 minute drive across the river--so worthwhile on that score. Hotel kept costs down by skimping on towels (only one in the bathroom for the living-room half of the suite); only one very frazzled server/ hostess in the dining room at breakfast our second morning; mediocre food; had to go down to front desk myself to get extra pillows, of which they only had one. No grocery store in the hotel's scruffy neighborhood that we could find (though there is a discount liquor store). Traffic was terrible around rush hour. It took us about 45 minutes to go the last few miles to the hotel. OK but I would look elsewhere next time.

“Not impressed but it was cheap”
This hotel is a flat out piece of crap. Let me start first by saying the staff is very friendly and accommodating but the room was terrible. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall and hanging by a cord, there was mold on the ceiling above the shower and there was an old TV. Plus the hotel is in the middle of no where...definitely would never stay there again.

“convenient and clean”
Staff was pleasant and friendly. Location/price is great for a quick stay on your way to somewhere else. Location makes it easy to get to mall/restaurants/highway with a car. Restaurant was pleasant for breakfast (didn't try other meals) - kids ate free which was a bonus! While not a new hotel, hallways were clean and recently painted, room was clean and pleasant. Beds were ok. Would stay again if passing through
“Nice Hotel, Nice Location”
Everything was good, except.. the Toilet kept running, urgent plumbing needed in the room i stayed.. AND i was told i don't have breakfast included -when i've already paid for everything.. expedia failed to deliver this time.
“HORRIBLE - A EVITER ABSOLUMENT”
Lors de notre réservation sur Expédia, l'hôtel faisait une offre avec petit déjeuner inclus arrivés sur place il voulait nous facturer cette prestation. Il a fallut ce battre et présenter le document expédia que nous avions imprimé pour que de mauvaise grâce on serve nos petits dej sans suppléments. De+, arrivés un samedi pour un séjour de 3 nuits les chambres n'ont jamais été nettoyées, lits pas faits salles de bains non faites, linges de toilette non changés alors que là encore l'offre Expédia faisait apparaître un service quotidien des chambres. Accueil fort désagréable, hôtel sale, mal entretenu, chambre vétuste, il fallu réclamer 2 jours le code pour pouvoir se connecter en WIFI - horreur totale
