“Fantasy Theme Rooms”
When I checked in, the front desk clerk told me they were offering complimentary suite upgrades. I thought, "Free upgrade?! Of course!!" I was told to take the elevator to the 14th floor and walk up two small flights of stairs to the 15th floor. So, I did and I thought I had landed in the Twilight Zone. There were crazy posters on each door, Leather and Lace, Seclusion, Titanic, and mine Gi Gi's. Those were all I could remember. I opened the door of my Parisian suite and swore it was a haunted room. There was a giant chandelier, pictures of people on the walls, mirrors on the ceiling and walls. It was incredibly outdated. My husband and I couldn't do anything but laugh. There was a giant jacuzzi in the corner, which was nice. The room in all of its cheesy glory was VERY clean and there were great shampoos and other toiletries. If you want a good laugh, take the uprgade...but only if it's FREE!
“I would definitley stay here again!”
This hotel was very comfortable, I would definitley stay here again. The friendliness of the staff was superb!
“Good deal for the price”
We booked this room using the Unpublished Rates Hotels feature and were very happy with it. The room was very spacious for the 4 of us. Beds were comfy, climate control very easy to use, decent water pressure in the shower and the staff extremely helpful. We'd gladly stay here again.
“Overall good except for the bathroom”
No complaints other than the bathroom. There were large tears in the wall paper where the towel rack was hanging. In fact it looked like the rack was coming off the wall. You could also see the mold behind the wallpaper. Nice room overall but this needed fixing before assigning this room to a guest.
“nice place to stay, clean, beds are questionable.”
Overall I enjoyed my stay, rooms were clean and staff was pleasant. I have one complaint about the beds ( I had a double/double). I received a remote control bed with a sensor in it for how firm or soft you wanted the mattress. Unfortunatley one bed was broken and the other was so hard that we could not figure out how to deflate it. Instructions were nowhere to be found. I would have preferred a regular bed without the hastle.
“"never go back"”
If you book a room with this hotel online and have a printout you still wont get what you ask for
“Excellent location for Convention Center”
Excellent location for Convention Center events.
“We got problems”
During a nine day stay, a broken bed, a inop TV, a flooded room, Inop elevator resulting in a trip down 14 flights of stairs, fire alarm testing all week( with no warning), peeling wall paper in the bathrooms, unrenovated doors and elevators(40plus years old), and 2 forced room moves, and a less than apologetic or helpfull front desk manager. Yikes.
“The room was really very nice”
I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
“rubi”
The room was clean and neat ...( we had no windows so no view). It was across the hall from the night club AND WAS VERY VERY NOISY untill the Club closed at 2 in the morning...also the night club crowd hung out in the hall outside our room. Did not feel safe leaving..
