“Paris Sucked But This Hotel Was Good”

I didn't like the two days I spent in Paris for a lot of reasons. This Hotel was not one of them. Staff was very helpful, rooms were in nice condition it was close to the CDG airport. If you were looking for something right in the heart of Paris, then this is not the hotel for you. Shuttles swing by twice an hour to pick people up then drop them off at CDG airport/ train station. Maybe an hour or so before you even see the heart of Paris from there but since I thought Paris sucked I thought it was great. I have no plans to go back to Paris in the future for a lot of reasons. But this Hotel was not one of them.

“study abroad concludes”

This was a great end to a long trip to Europe. I wish I had more time to enjoy roossey but maybe I will come back one day. Great hotel and great staff. Breakfast was overpriced and they didn't have a restaurant.

“If I go back to Paris I will stay there again”

Very nice place, very friendly service, very modern, it was a 15 min ride from the airport by shuttle, look for black bus to take you there, but it was not a deal breaker for me, no restaurant inside but there's a Marriott 2 min walk that has a restaurant, highly recommend.

“One night in Paris”

If you just need a bed and a toilet this hotel is perfect for you. The service was friendly but the extremely understaffed. One person at the front desk on third shift. My room did not have a blind in the bedroom so I could hear and see all the traffic passing by all night. There was also a window from the shower into the bedroom. You need to take the black bus to get there from the airport which wasn't clearly marked on any of the information available on the hotel. The bus does run every 20 minutes so that is convenient. however, if you wanted to take a taxi downtown you would have to walk down the street to a larget chain hotel to get taxi service.

“Has possiblies--!!! Great location!”

The hotel was understaffed--we did not have service until we complained ,for the 3rd time, about our AC was not working---I had to go down to the first desk because the phone didn't work-- we were finally upgraded to a nice suite but it needed repairs, TV didn't work, , etc. Kevin , was the best staff person that we have ever encountered!

“Near CDG”

Very convenient for overnight stay to catch an early plane out of Charles de Gaulle airport. In an area of many hotels with restaurants nearby. Room had a bedroom area that could be closed off and small kitchen, but with no plates or utensils. Shuttle bus does regular runs from hotels to CDG and back, making it easy to get into Paris and back on the RER trains.

“Great place.”

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. as our planned overnight stay to catch an AM flight got extended by a day. It was very clean, simple but had all the essentials. Helpful staff. Access to Paris was very convenient, access to local food places was a 5 minute walk, through a nice garden. Would highly recommend this over Paris hotels.

When to go

july is a month of great sales on French merchandise. If you want to shop in France, go in July or January.
