“Excellent location and friendly staff”

This was for a city break away where location but reasonable price was more important than a grand hotel. So with a great location, with the Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame a short walk away and very much within easy reach, this fitted our bill perfectly. The nearest metro is extremely close and there are lots of bars and restaurants to try out. All of the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and happy to help. Room was comfortable and was as to be expected for a city hotel. As and when we return to Paris would definitely come back to this hotel.

“Friendly Hotel”

The hotel is relatively small and subsequently the room wasn't large, but neither was it cramped. I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities but there were none in the room, the mini-bar was not stocked either. Not a problem as I was there only for 3 nights. As a regular visitor to Paris, I knew the location of the hotel would make it easy to get to other places I wanted to visit.. Being on the Rue de Rivoli meant there were plenty of restaurants and bars close by, so finding a place to eat wasn't a problem. The continental breakfast was simple but enough to see you through to midday. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. I've stayed in many hotels in Paris and would be quite happy to use this hotel again.

“Well located, but a dingy room”

Hotel is well situated in an interesting area and near metro, but on a busy main road. Asked on arrival for a quiet room and was given one at the back which was indeed quiet. Bed was comfortable, but the room dark (small window) and dingy, and the dark brown paintwork scuffed and knocked about. Fittings were basic and worn. Large bathroom. Spent a good 10 minutes unblocking the holes in the shower-head so it would work properly only to find the guard did not fit properly so water escaped onto the floor. Free wifi worked well. Breakfast OK. Vastly overpriced, but show me a Paris hotel that isn't.

“Charming hotel in an excellent location”

This hotel is in a great location, with a number of lovely cafes and shops closeby. The Seine and the batobus stop is a short walk away. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

“Good Hotel, Great Location”

We had a quiet room overlooing the "patio". As with all hotels in Paris, it was small but our bathroom was very large. The location was great to get around Paris. Metro was a couple of blocks away and you can walk to 100 restaurants or bars. Would stay again.

“Great Little Hotel”

Great Hotel in central Paris, the Marias district. Short was to the Pompadieu Center and to Notre Dame. The room was compact, but about the size of a cruiseship stateroom with a much bigger bathroom. In fact, that is where we stored the luggage. Ask for a 5th floor front/street facing room as these have small balconies, with a table and two chairs. Absolutely Fabulous place to have some crusty bread, soft cheese, and French Wine. Planning on staying there on our next visit to The City of Light.

“Great Place/Great Location!”

This hotel is located in a very fun location, so close to the Notre Dame, and only a short walk from the Louvre. The St. Paul metro was right down the street too and the metro is so easy to use. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, large for European standards, and had air conditioning. Great choice for a hotel, we would stay here again!
