Andreas - you are a legend!

Posted 21-May-2015
This place is as good as it gets - informal yet efficient and massively customer focused. All of the staff want to engage with the guests but are not pushy or "in you face", the two Maria's (reception and restaurant) are both particularly brilliant. But it is the Captain of the Ship who inspires the crew, Andreas you lead from the front and all of your staff follow, that what makes the King Jason exceptional. Not only would i recommend that you stay here if you want to holiday in Cyprus, but if you are thinking of a career in the hotel industry, you will learn more about customer service in a week here that you would in 3 years at college. Thanks guys - see you in 2016 (and thanks for the birthday cake!)

Bed and breakfast 1 bedroom apartment.

Posted 07-May-2015
Pros: Very friendly staff. Quiet residential area. No music around pool areas, so lovely and peaceful to read and relax.
Cons: Room in dire need of refurbishment and soundproofing. French door and a window would not lock!
Location: Close to seafront and harbour. near to heritage sites. Near to restaurants and a few bars. Close to bus stops. in a quiet residential area.
Excellent food. Excellent pools and outside facilities. Easy walk to harbour and seafront. Great staff. Room 34 very tired needs refurbishing.

King Jason

Posted 07-Apr-2015
Location: Nearest bar was an English pub about 10 minutes walk towards the seafront, lots of choice for eating and drinking.
Others have commented on the King Jason and I agree with the positive description of the hotels facilities. The only light negatives are,our room was at the end near the dual carriageway and the local motorcycle riders use it as a testing strip for the TT around midnight. The sausages and bacon at breakfast are 'different' and not to my taste,English versions of both are cheaply available in the local bars. The choice of quality food for dinner was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Excellent Hotel - far surpassed expectation

Posted 06-Apr-2015
Cons: Nothing
Location: Lots to do and see and the staff are only too willing to help you plan your stay in great detail!
My mother and I had a very pleasant week long stay in Cyprus. Thanks to this beautiful hotel our stay was one of utmost relaxation, where our every need was attended to with politeness and genuine attentiveness. The staff were exceptionally warm and so helpful. We would especially like to thank Maria at the front desk as well as Marios and the manager all of whom were only too happy to recommend places to eat, and attractions to visit. They booked our tours, the spa and generally enabled us to have a very smooth, stress-free stay while seeing all the sites in Cyprus. We would recommend this hotel without reservation. .

I would not say this is a 4.5* hotel, rather described as 2-3* apartment rooms with a few glitches. Pros: Hydro pool. Cons: No complimentary toiletries?? Dated furniture. Building work 8-9am. Old fridge making eery sounds in the night. 1 Pool towel p/p for 3night stay??

Fabulous Hotel, would highly recommend. Spotlessly clean, staff very attentive, could not do enough for us, the rooms are beautifully presented, the food, breakfast in particular is excellent, as are the 'King Jason Mojitos!!' Great location. A stay at the KJ is a must for anyone visiting Paphos.

Lovely welcoming hotel.

Posted 26-Feb-2015
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Providing tea, coffee, shampoo etc in the room (it may just have been forgotten as they did quickly turn our room around for us).
Location: Good location. Short walk from the Kings Avenue shopping mall, the Lighthouse beach and Paphos Harbour and castle. Shops and restaurants nearby.
We were warmly welcomed on arrival. We turned up early and they rushed to get the room ready for us, while we went for a swim in the indoor pool. We did not eat in the hotel, but the food looked very nice. Good location, we walked to Paphos Harbour and castle within about 10 minutes. There were lots of restaurants and shops within a short walk. We only stayed the one night, so did not get to see too much of the area. We would return to this hotel. The outdoor pools looked great - but too cold in February!

Really enjoyed our stay at the king Jason. Everything was first class and I would recommend it to anyone. The quality of the food especially and the attentiveness of the staff stood out.
