The worst Mercure I’ve stayed in, smelly room, stained old carpet, not a nice area, and breakfast was horrible really horrible food almost inedible, if your tempted about staying think again you will thank me.

Great location for the Eurotunnel (about 2 hours away by direct autoroute). Modern and clean hotel, nice spacious room and very good food.

Very late check in and free parking is our main requirement, they’ve done excellent job. Breakfast is decent. The only disappointment is that the bed is a bit too hard.
Nice hotel, conveniently located, comfortable and clean. Only downside was the very noisy cleaning of the opposite room in the morning.

Well organized, properly staffed, clean comfortable room. Our child's sleeping was already pulled out bed linen on it - ready for sleep.

Great stay with dinner as we were too tired to go into Compiegne.Could only ask that it would be nearer to the centre other than that an excellent choice good secure parking at night.Fridge in the room a bonus as was tea and coffee provided in the rooms.

Comfortable hotel with well equipped and decent sized bedroom but service ranks as the worst I’ve experienced in years. Took the booking for my rooms then when I arrived they didn’t have the room class I’d booked and tried to charge me a supplement (which I refused to pay). Total lack of staff during the evening shift meant we had to que for up to 30 minutes to get served at the bar and staff were unhelpful and unresponsive when guests complained - and a lot of guests were complaining. To crown it all, then when I checked out they tried to charge the supplement again. When I again refused, the character on reception was totally rude. I would avoid this place simply due to the staff.

Limited gluten free food.
Understanding English a problem meals had to go back due to communication.
Hotel allows dogs in hotel to roam free which tried to bite my 2 children.
Dog not on lead.

Had room 220 very handy location however the lift nearest the room made a noise as it got to the second floor weather it stopped or not. It could be heard in bed thankfully the hotel was generally quiet past 23:00
Don’t be near the lift and it’s a good hotel with nice staff 😎

The privilege room was big, clean and stylish. Drinks in the fridge were free of charge. There was a big bath tub, which is really nice.
As we entered in the late evening, the entrance door was broken and won't open, leaving us waiting outside for a while.
The hotel address provided by hotels.com is not correct. The proper address is:

A fresh makeover has worked wonders for its interior style.
The restaurant food is sublime. It is presented with such an artistic flair. With the arrival of each dish, I just wanted to look at it all evening. It is sacrilege to eat it. I just photographed it & published it on fb because its presentation blew me away.
How this hotels chefs have not earned it a Michelin star I do not know. Bravo to the chefs!

Good hotel for overnight stop
Great service at hotel, good location for travelling on motorway around paris and also south/north. Room service delicious, clean room but dated. Great value for money, easy to find, would stay again
Have stayed in this hotel for many years for both business and leisure reasons. It is located just south of Compiegne and has easy access to the A1 motorway for travel into Paris or to Lille/Calais. Its at the southern end of a commercial estate so has country views. The hotel reastaurant is good though there are many restaurants in Compiegne and close to the hotel is a Buffalo Grill (mainly steak as the name suggests) and a Leon, which is absolutely great for mussels. The room is fairly basic but there is free wifi.
