This is older building so it had structural issues. Bathroom floor was slanted. The beds were very old as well and I could feel the springs a little. The staff were extremely nice and helpful though.

We just needed a quick overnight. Close to great BBQ place, easy in and out. Nothing special. But good enough.

Good hotel for inexpensive price but

Pros: Clean close to the highway good breakfast great price
Cons: If traveling alone or with kids closer to the ground rooms.
Location: Shoneys and hardees nearby close to the Cool Springs exits .
Close to the interstate Lots of construction workers stay there.. Nice man at the desk . I was traveling with my teen daughters for singing engagement . Upon cleck in a couple of young men said Hi girls and hotel staff asked what they said I informed him they just said hi. You enter all rooms from the outside and we had to walk around to the other side as we passed by some men were sitting out on balcony and started saying how pretty we were and started following us a little way . This intimidated us and I called management to see if we could change rooms and he told me they were full except suites . I told him we would probably not come back . He said he would talk to the men and that by the time we got back they wouldn't be outside . We tried to find another hotel but being CMA week everyone was sold out. We didn't go back til almost 3 am. and it was storming so everyone was inside . Hotel was quiet and room was nice. Breakfast was great blueberry waffles yum . Upon checkout I talked to the man on duty and he said if we came back again he would try to get us bottom floor . We would go back again if I have other adults with me . If I was traveling alone I don't know .

Location: Lots to do in the srea, just don't stay at the quality inn - there was nothing of quality about it!
Rooms stank horribly! Stains on bedspreads, curtains, carpet, mildew in bathroom. Holes in bedspread and couch, holes in bathroom wall. Telephone didn't work at all. Great for construction workers and field hands. Needs to be torn down, and rebuilt.

Rude, Rude, Rude !

From the moment i walked in the door, the front desk clerk was rude ! Insisted that i park in the Handicap parking spot even though i was not tagged to do, and then when i went out to my car he followed me and tried to start a fight !!!. When I would not take the bait he insisted on refunding my money because he did not want me to stay there... Had to find some where else to stay at almost 11pm. Went back the next morning and left message the next morning with different front desk clerk for manager to call me & Still have not heard from this motel. I would not stay there and i would recommend that you go across the interstate and and stay at one of the motels next to Cracker Barrel. They are much more friendly.

Dog hair on cover. WiFi had very poor reception. TV remote need new battery. Dry wall cracking and peeling along ceiling.

Average hotel accommodations, disappointing staff.

Arrived at 330 am for check-in, asked for a late check-out and even offered to pay a modest fee to accommodate. Was flatly refused and then had the staff banging on my door 30 minutes prior to check-out asking when I was leaving. Very rude and not customer friendly, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS.
