“Room with a view”

The Suharevka is a very reasonably priced hostel in a good location in Moscow. It is on one of the ring avenues of Moscow and it is also a two minute walk to the Suherevskya metro station as well. My room was spartan, very few decorations or amenities, but with a nice big window looking out over the avenue. The sheets, bed, and towel were clean. There is a shared bathroom and shower. My only criticism is that the owner was rather haphazard about filing a registration for me. I paid $20 and never received a card. The support staff (one person) does not speak any English but there is usually someone around to help translate if you do not know Russian. Despite these minor drawbacks, you cannot beat the price or the location and I would certainly stay there again.

“No breakfast, but bed!”

We're very shocked when the girl at the reception said they don't serve breakfast! so they must change the name of the hostel.

“Never Stay There”

We booked the hotel online and we received the email confirmation that the room was guaranteed upon late arrival, we booked a room with a queen bed in it. Our plane was late. When we finally got to the "hotel" they told us they gave the room to someone else! They put us in a tiny dirty room with 2 single beds in it along one wall. The room also had a hanger to put a coat on and a really old tv ona shelf. As it turned out we had to share a shower with like 10 other rooms (up to 4 people in some (small) rooms) in that hostel! Yes, it was a Hostel and they forgot to mention it! The personal was pretty rude and they didnt give us any refund for giving our room away or anything! They only change a light buld in a room since it didnt have any light in it! I would never recommend anyone to stay there!

Värsta som fick jag upptäcka under alla mina fina resor! Hotellets skick och underhåll är jättedåligt!!! Ej städning!

“à éviter”

Seul point positif : bed and breakfast (à peine 10 chambres en tout) situé à moins de 30 min à pied de la place rouge. Chambre minuscule (moins de 2mètres par 2 mètres car impossible de faire le tour du lit double) sanitaires communs à priori jamais nettoyés attention : enregistrement auprès des autorités russes payant, tarif très excessif pas de petit déjeuner ambiance générale : auberge de jeunesse très mal entretenue

“Nie wieder...alt,eklig, klein, laut... :-(”

Das Hotel war eher eine "Barake". Sehr alt & klein...eklig da nur 2 Toilett. & Duschen für 10-20 Leute...dementspr. Wartezeit morgens! Rezept. + Aufenth.raum in einem!? Im Zim. nur das notwendigste wie Betten...kein TV! Kleine Küche für alle. Personal meist freundlich. Vorteil: kostenlos Internet, schnell in der City mit der Metro... Noch mal hingehn würden wir sicher nicht, war aber billig und für den Preis wohl nicht anders zu erwarten!
