“N resort is the best Jamaican au natural resort”
This was our second trip to the N and it will not be our last. The resort is older however it is well maintained the staff does all they can to make your stay the best possible. The food is better than larger resorts that offer the same buffet for dinner every night. The location is awesome, you room is only feet from the beach or pool, the small size of the resort makes it nice to get around. The pool is very large and has a great 100 ft. slide. The hotel would rate a 3 star however the stay, atmosphere, staff and the awesome people who go there make it a 5+star by my standards. I would highly recommend this resort for the nude traveler.
“jamaica2011”
The staff was amazing, always going out of their way to make you happy. Our refrigerator wasn't working and we didn't say anything, but the housekeeper noticed and had it changed immediately. We wanted to be closer to our friends and requested a change, and were told that was usually an upgrade, but they did it immediately for us at no charge. Mario asked us if we were there for a specific reason and I told him that we and another couple came for our anniversary which had been a week earlier. He had our table decorated for dinner and brought us both a decorated cake and a bottle of champagne to our rooms. Most of the meals were very good, one or two weren't great, but everyone has different tastes and this won't keep us from coming back again. Room was always clean, beds were extremely comfortable. Just a relaxing resort. We saw people that requested something which the resort didn't have, but the staff went off the resort to get the item for them. Nice to have the resort so close to the airport. Check in and out went extremely fast. Great resort!
“Very Relaxing Vacation”
We had a very relaxing time on our vacation. The staff is so friendly, fun & do a very good job at taking care of your needs. The food was great! We hope to return very soon:)
“3 down, can't wait to go back for our 4th!”
Great setting. Staff is fantastic! Food is as good as any we've had in the Caribbean. N-Resort is quickly becoming our home away from home. Highly recommended!
“Needs work”
In a nutshell this place has a chance if they would improve a few items. The pool was not as clean as others we have visited, and the food selection and quality was average to below average. For the price you can visit better resorts and have a better overall experience. The price needs to be lowered significantly to address these issues and we will not return until some changes are made.
“Undiscovered Country”
All I'm going to say about this hotel is "I'll be back". It's brilliant. I've already reviewed this place on Tripadvisor under "GreeneggsandSam".
“fantastic time”
would love to say we had a lousy time, so that there would not be large crowds!but that would be a bald faced lie! we were so pleased with this resort. only a 30 minute drive from the airport. the service was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. with only 12-14 couples registered, the staff did all that could ever be expected and more. the grounds were always being worked on, the beach was raked several times a day, and all areas were clean and well groomed. although we were very happy that the resort was not full, we certainly hope they will be able to maintain and keep the resort available. we are aware that late may, early june is off season, and will continue to book our vacations at the same time, due to the small crowd. chef martin does an excellent job, as do the bartenders, the wait staff, and the cleaning crew. by weeks end they all knew us by first name and were concerned for our well being and happiness. due to the small crowd, we came home well rested. thank you n resort for a fantastic vacation.
“Planning my trip for next year.....”
Great vacation!!! If you like to snorkel right off the beach from your room.....you will love this place. We love to snorkel and the water was very calm, you will see a lot of marine life and we also found alot of shells. They also took us on two snorkeling trips from the resort. The service at this resort is great. We had some of the best Jamaican food you could every imagine, there Chef is awesome. Great entertainment staff.....kept us busy and entertained. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were having a good time. If there was anything you needed, all you had to do was ask. I hope Freddy the Manager knows what a great group of people he has working for him.......each one in there own way made our vacation here a GREAT one!
“Very comfortable and relaxing”
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It met most of our expectations. Staff was very accomodating to all our needs, resort is clean, friendly, relaxing, great pool, good snorkeling off shore, food and drink was varied and very good. Although everything was operational, there are some minor repair/fix-ups needed here and there, that could be fixed with quality repair to make this place really shine... There were not a lot of couples there when we stayed, probably because it is not yet too well known how nice this place is. It was very comfortable being able to go clothing free for the majority of our time there.
“Wonderful Trip”
We had a great time at the N Resort. The staff is incredibly hardworking and friendly. Our room was small but charmingly decorated with a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. It was also exceptionally clean; I happened to be in the room once when the maid came by and was amazed at how thorough she was. As this was a relatively new resort at the time of our stay, there were only about 20 couples staying there. It gave our vacation an air of seclusion, but sometimes had a negative impact on activities (the staff tried hard to get people involved but most guests seemed to want to lounge around the pool). The pool and beach are well-maintained. We had a good time on the glass bottom boat/snorkeling tour (included in the price). Food was average to very good, with breakfast served buffet-style and lunch either buffet-style in the main dining room or sit-down in the pool area (burgers, jerk chicken, etc.) Dinners tended to be hit or miss with four-course meals served in the Italian restaurant (decent Italian food for the Caribbean) or international dishes in the main dining room. It appeared the kitchen staff couldn't always keep up with the pace of a sit-down meal, and we sometimes waited a long time for our food. On our last night, dinner was served buffet-style on the beach with Caribbean entertainment including a fire dancer. In short, this isn't Sandals - but if you're looking for a good time with great staff in a clean, safe location, N Resort is a good bet.
