reception piccolissima servizio in camera costosissimo pulizia camera insufficente per un 5 stelle e pieno di zanzare di notte non puoi dormire da non ritornarci sicuramente

Location - Good Facilities - Good. But no fixed overhead shower, hand held only. This in a Junior Suite. Breakfast - Restricted choice for continental. Much travelled Italian traveller, not experienced such limitation before. Breakfast therefore over priced. Staff - Eager to be helpful and succeeded

The hotel is so well kept I couldn't believe anyone had stayed in my room before. Beautifully appointed with very high quality furnishings and fittings. Would not consider staying anywhere else.

Noisy room, clueless staff

I chose Style Hotel mainly for its location and because was priced a little less than the other Milan five stars. They gave me a room on the first floor (103) which was so noisy that I could not sleep. Also, the shower pressure was so low it takes forever to rinse up. I complained with the hotel's staff and they said they would call me during the day to let me know if another room was available. I made very clear that if another room was not available I would leave and stay somewhere else. They never called me and so I assumed everything was fine. When I came back to the hotel from my meetings at midnight I discovered that they did absolutely nothing and I had to spend another sleepless night in such terrible room. I would never go back, I'd rather stay at Westin Palace or Sheraton Diana like I did the other times. Personnel was courteous but clueless as they come. Definitely not a five star hotel by International standards.

sejour en suite junior, avec jacuzzi ( bain a remous) qui fonctionne pas !!! omelette 15€ non inclu dans le petit dej, parking 70€. bien situee tres propre mais ca ne vaut pas son prix.

Avoid at all cost, total rip-off

I booked a Deluxe room for single occupancy and was given the room on the ground floor behind reception next to the elevator and staircase and which was facing the loading bay of the supermarket next door! In any other hotel this room would probably have been used as a storage room. It was obviously very noisy: I could hear everything that was going on at reception; I obviously had the noise from the loading area but also from the tube underneath running every other minute. Why the hotel decided that they could use this space as a bedroom and charge almost E200 is beyond me. When I asked to change rooms, they told me that it would cost me another E100! I couldn't even escape my horrible room as the so called bar/ restaurant area (which is actually a corridor where a few tables have been set) was closed for some reason. So I decided to order room service. It took 40' and the pizza was cold. I asked for another pizza and when they brought it, it had anchovies instead of ham. No need to say that I was beyond furious and I am not even mentioning the prices which were extortionate. When I went to check out the next morning they gave me a bill which included the pizza and when I asked: "so you did charge me for the pizza?", the response I got was: "yes but only for one!". How dare they call this a luxury boutique hotel? This is the most overrated, rip-off place I have ever stayed in. Nothing lives up to the standards of a luxury boutique hotel. It barely deserves 3 stars.
